In addition to its large private deck, this coastal getaway's main floor features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, den, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Accessible by spiral staircase, the loft offers a great vacation space too. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 5 flat-screen TVs (new for 2019, with the TV in the master bedroom capable of streaming Netflix and Hulu and the remaining four TVs have gaming ports), Blu-ray, DVD, Keurig, wood burning fireplace, Wifi. Note: The loft in this Sea Colony vacation rental is accessed by a spiral staircase. This owner is providing guests with linen.

The condo was clean, bright, spacious, and well-appointed! Lots of big fluffy towels, hand soap, and kitchen items. Only downside was that when sitting on the balcony, enjoying morning coffee, the smell of garbage emanated from the lake/pond. Assume this is just a temporary glitch since there was a lot of pond scum floating at the top right near the condos facing this part of the lake.

Would absolutely stay here again!

Went as a family or four with another family of four renting own property. Main area gave us plenty of room for eight. Very clean and well equipped. They have beds for ten but best for six to eight. Vacasa provided great service.
