*Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.

Parking Notes: Parking Space #: H407 - Guests are reminded to place their parking permit on their dash when parking in Sea Colony. One parking permit is issued with the purchase of one or two badges. Two parking permits are available with the purchase of three or more badges. Additional vehicles must be parked off property. Tenants are advised that their vehicles at such properties must not be taller than six feet (including roof-top carriers) so as to fit under buildings. Cars must vacate the Property no later than 10 a.m. on checkout day. Each property has one assigned parking spot. If you have a second vehicle you may park in any unassigned parking space. Please note that unassigned parking spaces (for a second vehicle) are not guaranteed and operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Well done! We went atound at dinner on our lat night to share what our favorite part of our stay was. The condo rated 5 stars, well equipt to bake brownies or make spagetti. Everything that you need is here.

We rented this unit two years ago. When we arrived the smell of smoke was unbearable. We called it in and the management company helped as best they could, but the only thing to do was leave the windows open and air it out - the entire two weeks. We were assured that the owner did not smoke, but we found evidence around the apartment to say otherwise. They refunded some money, but a low-grade migraine that lasts my entire vacation is not what I call relaxing. Because they assured us that there is absolutely no smoking in the entire building, and we believed the owners from last time, we rented again this year. But, of course, it was the same exact thing. We had no other options this year, as we waited to see what the COVID situation would be.
Most of these units are generally the same, except for furniture. The furniture here is mediocre. The couch is not comfortable and there is a shag carpet ... at the beach. Baffling. I found a gobstopper in it a few days into the trip. I'm sure it is impossible to properly clean.
We won't be renting again because we assume the smoking issue will not be resolved. Smoking aside, it is still too pricey for the quality of the unit and the furniture. But were it not for the smoking, we'd consider it if we were pinched for options again.
