All mattresses and box springs for all bedrooms were replaced in 2023. The primary bathroom features a deep Kohler cast-iron seeping bathtub, and the hall bathroom was updated with modern glass shower doors in 2023. For added comfort and convenience, a new furnace and AC were added in 2021.
