Escape to the water's edge where Whites Creek meets the Indian River bay at Sandy Cove for your next coastal getaway. This spacious three-story townhome features TWO master suites (including one on the ground floor) and a porch with a water view. The second floor features the living room, family room, second master suite and well-equipped kitchen, while the top floor offers the second master suite and two additional bedrooms. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 6 TVs, 2 Blu-rays, 2 DVDs, DVD library, gas grill, Wifi. Note: The private dock can accommodate boats 23 feet or shorter. NO PARKING OF TRAILERS in the community unless the trailer will fit in the garage. Must have boat insurance and provide proof of insurance upon arrival. Sandy Cove is a growing community, so there may be ongoing construction nearby.

Community outdoor pool w/ bathhouse, crabbing & fishing pier and boat ramp. The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Only caution, had to contact office because we were not provided garage access code, which was different than the house's.
