*Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.

Parking Notes: Parking Space #: 508A Under - Guests are reminded to place their parking permit on their dash when parking in Sea Colony. One parking permit is issued with the purchase of one or two badges. Two parking permits are available with the purchase of three or more badges. Additional vehicles must be parked off property. Tenants are advised that their vehicles at such properties must not be taller than six feet (including roof-top carriers) so as to fit under buildings. Cars must vacate the Property no later than 10 a.m. on checkout day. Each property has one assigned parking spot. If you have a second vehicle you may park in any unassigned parking space. Please note that unassigned parking spaces (for a second vehicle) are not guaranteed and operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Condo kitchen, bathroom and floors looked to be recently updated and beautiful especially the shower. Still needed a few things like a light in the living room and curtains on the balcony window. Otherwise was fully stocked. The refrigerator and washer/dryer combo were a little tight to get into. Had a very nice view from balcony, just wish the chairs were a little higher as the railing was eye level.

This condo has all of your basic vacation needs.
It would have been nice to have had a lamp in the living room, some wall decorations for character vs the bare walls, and some curtains or blinds at the windows. Beach sunrises are beautiful; but to be awakened to them at 5:30 AM, every morning, can be annoying! The Murphy Bed is in the living room. Moving furniture to pull it down every night, is annoying. Without the option of closing the window covering, there is no privacy for sleeping, nor the option of keeping the sun and heat “out” in the middle of the day. The result is faded furniture, which isn’t appealing, especially at the dollar rate the condo costs! The stacked washer/dryer combo was replaced with one laundry unit. We did not realize it was a combo until the last day of our stay. Because it is a combo, it takes close to 2 hours to do one load of clothes! The one small TV, in the living room, is on a small table, squeezed between the sofa arm and the plate glass window. Comfortably viewing it is impossible! There is a large screen TV in the bedroom. A possible option if you were a couple who both enjoyed watching TV in bed. Being senior citizens, this option did not appeal to my either sister or me.
My experience with this rental agency was exasperating! It took three days to get our reservation to go through. The internet instructions were very sketchy n incomplete. (My very media/ computer knowledgeable executive daughter was trying to help me and could not succeed! We called for help several times and the employees we talked to knew no more about the procedure than we did! They kept giving us incorrect information!! So July 4th, I missed the Indians Home-run, because I was standing in a tunnel at the game, trying to get my reservation to go through again, rather than sitting in my seat at the ballpark! Finally on July 5th, after talking to a supervisor, we got my reservation through!
The condo cleaning person was sitting in our parking spot when we arrived at 4:30, on his cell phone, wearing ear buds, when we arrived. Said he was waiting to clean our condo, which should have been finished before our check-in time! Because of our having to wait to be able to move into our condo, we missed an important 7:15 PM appointment! At one point, at 9:15 at night, Vacasa deactivated our condo door code! We spent an hour, cramped in the tiny door entrance alcove, in exhausting heat, trying to get help to open our door. After three phone conversations, and several attempts at resetting the door code, we finally had someone at Vacasa reset our code so we could get in. We had to throw away two beautiful steamed crabs that had cost us twenty bucks, for fear of getting sick if we ate them, after their being in that heat for so long!
I will never rent a vacation place through Vacasa again!
