Featuring a large waterfront deck, this resort retreat's main level is home to a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Accessible by spiral staircase, the loft offers a vacation space of its own! West Lake is stocked with fish and there is a white sandy beach for sunbathing. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 TVs, 2 DVDs, Wifi. Note: Fireplace is not available for guest use.

Parking Notes: PARKING IS LIMITED. One parking permit is issued with the purchase of one or two badges. Two parking permits are available with the purchase of three or more badges. Additional vehicles must be parked off property. Tenants staying in Sea Colony East properties are advised that their vehicles at such properties must not be taller than six feet (including roof-top carriers) so as to fit under buildings. Cars must vacate the Property no later than 10 a.m. on checkout day. CARS IN UNAUTHORIZED SPACES WILL BE TOWED AT THE CAR OWNER’S EXPENSE. Vacasa is not responsible for illegally parked cars.
