The first floor features a living room with new furniture in 2018; a well-equipped eat-in kitchen featuring steel appliances, granite countertops, and newer cabinets; a remodeled hall bath; and a screened porch with new furniture and a ceiling fan for those warm summer evenings! The second floor is home to a spacious landing with a new sleeper sofa in 2021 and three large bedrooms, including the master suite with a king bed and a private sundeck and chairs. The master bath has been totally remodeled, including a new double countertop, a new walk-in shower, and a jetted hot tub. The second hall bathroom has been fully remodeled as well with a new tub, vanity, and mirror. All flooring, including the upstairs carpeting and downstairs planking, has been replaced in the last four years, and the area rugs in the downstairs are brand new as of 2021. This delightful home features central AC, a washer/dryer, four flatscreen TVs (including a 55-inch TV in the living room), three DVD players, WiFi, a Keurig, a hair dryer, and a keyless entry (which eliminates the hassle of taking keys to the beach or pool!).

Parking Notes: PARKING IS LIMITED. One parking permit is issued with the purchase of one or two badges. Two parking permits are available with the purchase of three or more badges. Additional vehicles must be parked off property. Tenants staying in Sea Colony East properties are advised that their vehicles at such properties must not be taller than six feet (including roof-top carriers) so as to fit under buildings. Cars must vacate the Property no later than 10 a.m. on checkout day. CARS IN UNAUTHORIZED SPACES WILL BE TOWED AT THE CAR OWNER’S EXPENSE. Vacasa is not responsible for illegally parked cars.
