The indoor dining room has seating space for six, but guests will likely be drawn outside for al fresco meals on the deck. Pour yourself a glass of wine, fire up the gas grill, and enjoy the golden hour vineyard views as the kids play in the enclosed yard.
Whether you're planning a family vacation or an adults-only getaway, the Armida Vineyards Cottage can accommodate as many as eight people. The master suite features a queen bed, a flatscreen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower and a soaking tub. There are also two more bedrooms with queen beds, a queen sofabed in the den, and an additional full bathroom.

Peaceful with vineyard views close to restaurants, wineries, and towns
For those who might enjoy the romance of being surrounded by vineyards this is a good spot.
The house itself was comfortable for two. It was advertised for up to 8 adults. It would be too cramped for even 4.
There were a few details that were off: broken shower head, non-functioning electrical outlets. But overall it was a fine.
Location on Old Redwood Highway, with a hard to locate dirt road leading into it was secluded yet close to the attractions of the Healdsburg area. I'm amazed that various Uber cars we called found it.
We are thankful for this feedback. The shower head and outlets are scheduled for inspection as soon as possible, and we appreciate having this brought to our attention.
Nice out if the way house nestled in a vineyard. If you're looking for a nice quiet place this is perfect.
We loved our time here - the proximity to the multiple wineries for tasting and the downtown Healdsburg restaurants made all the adults happy, while the fenced backyard and split bedroom layout was spectacular for the kids. We hope to return soon in the spring.
We had a great stay and enjoyed it very much. Close to everything and very comfortable to stay.
Once they get your money, they no longer care about you. Whether the place is burned down, has no utilities, has no road access - you are still on the hook. And it took multiple days and phone calls to finally get someone who actually made any effort to answer our questions about possible fire damage, utility outages, and road closures during the October fires in Sonoma County.
We are sorry to see this guest felt they were not being cared for after booking the home. They called in several times where they were informed if they did not receive an email advising of any difficulties they should not be anticipated. We also confirmed this via phone call with the guest after speaking with a local representative. We hope the guest found the home itself enjoyable and had a wonderful vacation!
Quiet spot but close to town. We find the house to be very comfortable.
Great location and easy access. Perfect for guests who don't plan to spend too much time staying in. Basic amenities met :)
Really enjoyed staying at this property for a long weekend trip to wine country. Very convenient to Russian River, Dry Creek, and downtown Healdsburg tasting rooms. Just a quick 40 minute drive ovee to Calistoga as well. We didn'tspend much time at the house but found everything to be very comfortable and well kept.
Great spot ! Be sure to try J, across the highway.
We enjoyed our stay in this property. It was so convenient for wine tasting and shopping in downtown healdsburg, only most 10 min drive. It was very quiet and relaxing. Only thing is Redwood highway has speed limit 50, we had to be careful in and out of the house. The property manager was very easy to deal with, the rental process is painless. I especially like they gave our complimentary eary check in when was ava2.The information was clear and manager is available if we needed.
Great place for adults with small children. The backyard is well maintained and fenced . It takes less than 5 minutes to reach any point in Healdsburg. Not a big Safeway fan but the one in town is great. Recommend you get a Safeway club card at the service counter it saved us about $100 dollars.
We thought the rental was more than adequate with regard to the size of the living room, den and master bedroom and bathroom. The view out of the front and back was nice and the back porch was a cool place to rest at the beginning of June. Maybe too hot by later in June. The noise of the machine spraying the grape vines beginning at dawn, i.e. before 5:30, was not nice. The freeway noise can be heard when the windows are open on that side of the house. The kitchen had most of what one would need but we did not cook; we only had breakfast there. The beds are comfortable and the towels of good quality. For bird watchers it is fun to sit in the living room and see many types of birds nearby.
We stayed for a weekend of wine tasting for my mom's 75th birthday. It was Mom and her 5 adult children, and we were all quite comfortable. The boys took the end with the two bedrooms and bath, and the girls shared the master suite. It was easy for all of us to sit down to a home cooked breakfast in the morning before venturing out and at the end of the day we finished on the deck overlooking the vines as we sipped some of our wines. All in all a lovely experience!
This was our second time renting the Armida Cottage. We liked the location and its good size for family or multiple couples.
This house was perfect for three couples to share. Lots of open, gathering space and the kitchen was great. The location was ideal for heading north through Healdsburg, south to Santa Rosa, east towards Guerneville, or over to Napa (we did all of these). Everything was easy to access.
We knew we wanted a house in the town of Healdsburg to be close enough to restaurants and also to the wineries. This was a great choice! We had ample room, kitchen had the necessary pots and pans, and the patio was nice for us to enjoy early evening wine and cheese.
This was a great place to stay for a visit to Sonoma Wine County and Healdsburg.
This three-bedroom home on a peaceful, vineyard property was perfect for what we were looking for to celebrate my husbands birthday. We were able to quickly drive over to Healdsburg for dinner and wine tastings. We hope to visit again soon!
Close to the smaller wineries in Healdsburg and Geyeserville, this makes a great location for a day of wine tasting. Situated across from a vineyard made for a picturesque surrounding.
The only down side is in the evening you could hear the freeway noise. Not loud enough that one could not sleep thru, but it did detract from the peaceful surroundings.
This was a great place to stay, nice and relaxing, and close to Healdsburg, Santa Rosa and more. The lounges are bigger than they appear in the photos. A small stereo would be a good addition.
The house was clean and well kept. We enjoyed the backyard and the quiet location.
We had a family wedding reception in Healdsburg and the Armida Cottage worked well for us. We had 6 people and there was enough room. The location was good for exploring the area. The deck is nice to sit outside on and you are right in the middle of vineyards.
In case its not clear from the description this is a "side house" to the main house on the property but don't let that fool you, its huge and comfortable and has everything you will need for an excellent stay in Healdsburg. Conveniently about 10 minutes from the town square!
We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay and appreciate you sharing your review. We want to clear up any confusion that this might cause. This home is the main home on the property and the side house is not the Vacasa rental. Thank you again for staying with us and we hope to have you back soon!
We had a great stay! The house was much bigger than it appeared and had nice, comfortable furniture and amenities. The master closet was so big, our kids could have slept in it! Other than some freeway noise, it was very quiet and private and was in a great location for our needs.
This home had plenty of room and was adequately equipped and clean. The home is off the main road and private to the street. It is a short distance from 101 so you hear the freeway noise a bit. Surrounded by beautiful vineyards, with a fenced yard and private patio. No garage., but plenty of area to park. Not walking distance to any stores or restaurants but a very quick drive to downtown Healdsburg.. For our group of 7 with 3 cars, it was perfect, and we would stay here again.
Very nice, clean, well kept property in a beautiful, quiet location by a gorgeous vineyard, just 5-10' from downtown Healdsburg. Great location!
It was nice to stay close to downtown but yet have the feeling of being in your own little vineyard once home. Our family truly enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our toddler who enjoyed the outdoor areas very much. House felt spacious and would recommend to friends and family! Great walks in the morning or evening around property was a plus!
We had a wedding downtown and it was incredibly convenient. A relaxing atmosphere to boot. Recommend for the area.
Very well keep property with plenty of room for 2 - 4 guests. Good location convenient to Healdsberg Sq and lots of wineries.
We came to Sonoma to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. So much fun. Right in the middle of a vineyard.
This house was even more beautiful than in the pictures. It was perfect for our group of 8 adults that visited for my boyfriend's 30th birthday. We spent a day at the Russian River Brewing Co which was only 20 min away. This place would also be perfect for wine lovers as it's on a vineyard and near many other vineyards. The view of the vineyard from the backyard was gorgeous. The house was very spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend staying here. The staff was friendly and even gave an advance courtesy call to help with finding the location after dark.
