Polished townhome in the heart of Capitol Hill - walk to dining, shopping & more

Offering an unbeatable Capitol Hill location within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and the heart of downtown, this three-bedroom, three-level townhouse will bring both ease and style to your next Seattle getaway. The living space is modern and polished, allowing you to prepare your morning breakfasts in an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bring your coffee outside to the balcony, and cuddle up by the gas fireplace if the city's atmospheric drizzle decides to move in. The many windows bring in a wealth of natural light, the air conditioning (a rarity in Seattle) ensures your comfort on even the warmest summer days, and each of the three bedrooms is paired with its own full bathroom.

What's nearby:
This three-level townhome enjoys a wonderfully convenient location in the lively Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle, three blocks east of Broadway and four blocks west of 15th Avenue, both of which are lined with coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. From this serene, tree-lined street, you can walk to pick up groceries at the 24-hour QFC on Broadway, grab a great coffee at Joe Bar a quarter-mile northwest on Roy Street, and spend your days picnicking and people-watching in Cal Anderson Park (less than half a mile south) or Volunteer Park (less than half a mile north). The Capitol Hill light rail station is within a 10-minute walk as well. If you're interested in exploring Pike Place Market and the many other attractions of downtown Seattle, you'll find them less than two miles southwest.

This is a nice place, centrally-located and within walking distance or a short drive to many Seattle sites and restaurants. The kitchen is well-stocked - lots of dishes, plates, etc., and some basic staples, like spices, oil, sauces. And a really cool espresso maker. The two upstairs bedrooms are nice. One has its own bathroom (with a soaking tub) and the other is close to a second bathroom. The lower level bedroom is small but okay for one person and there is a bathroom next to it also. The plumbing is a problem. The water pressure upstairs was inadequate for a decent shower and it took a long time for the water to heat up. It's manageable but, for the price you pay, it seems like this should not be a problem. The owner is very responsive. There was a problem with a broken toilet. He responded right away and had somebody there that day to deal with it.

Great house in a great location. No need to rent a car on this trip. Great food, coffee and bars are just blocks away and the bedrooms upstairs were great!

This is a cozy place to stay when visiting Seattle. We received quick responses from our host, Richard, and all amenities are exactly as advertised.

This house is very nice & well appointed. It is in an area that is in the midst of revitalization & quite a hike to Seattle Center if you're wanting to walk around that area. However Uber service is great & reasonable. There were plenty of clean towels & linens and the beds were extremely comfortable. The AC in the 2 upstairs bedrooms & the living area were a great added benefit. Checking in was a breeze & Richard was very responsive to all my questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice sized space near Volunteer Park. Quiet neighborhood but for the construction of townhomes directly across the street. They did not start their work until 7:30am so I was thankful for that.Easy walk to QFC, Safeway, shops and fun.Great beds on the second floor, first floor is a single murphy bed in a teeny tiny room. However, it was fairly comfortable. Plenty of towels and linens.Good amenities. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

As advertised. Lovely home in a great neighborhood with easy access to all the Seattle sights. Delicious restaurants, coffee bars, and groceries within quick walking distance. It was the perfect place for my grown children and myself to relax and be with each other. We had a great long weekend and having a nice and comfortable place to land added to it. Richard was great to work with. He responded very quickly to any question and laid out the house rules clearly. All in all 5+ stars!
