*This home does not have a central heating system. There is a small electric heater in the kitchen island and individual space heaters are available for use in each bedroom and the living room.
Parking Notes: One spot in the driveway is available but please keep in mind that it is extremely narrow so only very small vehicles will fit. Street parking is available on a first come basis and we recommend looking for any street sweeping signs in order to avoid a ticket.
