From the moment you step inside Beach Glass, you are swept into the stunning ocean views–the waves look close enough to touch. Seating is strategically arranged to allow you to enjoy ocean gazing from the living and dining area and master bedroom suite. Wake up to an amazing sunrise view and watch the dolphins while enjoying your coffee.
The guest bedroom is on the opposite end of the condo and steps from the second bathroom offering your guests and you privacy. This newly-renovated oceanfront condo boasts new flooring and carpets and a fully-renovated kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, silverware, and any utensil you might need. You will also have a crockpot, blender, electric mixer and can opener, Keurig and drip coffee maker at your fingertips. The fridge offers an ice maker and filtered water.
The stove supplies convection as well as conventional baking. No need to pack all your food from home, you are minutes from a fully-stocked grocery store and if you don't plan on cooking you are within walking distance from several excellent restaurants. Beach Glass offers three HDTVs with cable and DVD players as well as secure wireless high-speed internet access. Ironing board and iron are available for your use.
A beautiful deck with a high-top table paired with chairs and lounge chairs overlooking the ocean provide a wonderful place to enjoy your evening cocktail. Accidental spill? No problem, the condo has a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Beach Glass is conveniently located steps from the ocean using the Islander Condo beach stairs. There is also a pool on the grounds and Hatteras Beach Club is a short walk away. Barbeque grills and a sheltered picnic area are also on the grounds for guest use as well as convenient outside showers and a fish cleaning station.
