Ground Level: Features a rec room with pool table, large flat-screen TV, full-size fridge, a wet bar with microwave and stereo with poolside speakers. Through a sliding glass door you will find the private pool, hot tub and a poolside cabana bar with seating and a gas grill. Play a game of volleyball in the backyard or cozy up to the Fire Pit on a chilly night. Back inside you will find a King main bedroom with TV, 2 main bedrooms each with DuoBunk & Trundle and TV and a Queen bedroom with TV and a semi-private full bath that opens up to the rec room. The movie buffs will love the theater room with large, flat-screen TV and 9 tiered theater seats. Rounding out this level is the laundry closet.
Mid Level: This level is dedicated mainly to sleeping areas, featuring 6 King main bedrooms each with TV and three that have deck access. You will also find a second laundry closet on the Mid Level. Hardwood floors through the home with carpet in the bedrooms.
Top Level: Offers an open living area with large, flat-screen TV, Blu-Ray player, stereo with surround sound and a gas fireplace. Step outside on the top level decks and enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen has granite counters and features 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, large pantry and a gas cooktop. The dining area features a table for 8, 2 bistro tables seating 4 each, a kitchen breakfast bar and seating for 4 more in the raised, ship's watch area just off the dining room. There is also a King main bedroom with garden tub, double sinks and TV. A half bath rounds out this home.
