Ground Level: Enter into the rec room which features a large TV, Xbox 360 game console, foosball table, wet bar with mini-microwave & wine cooler and a sliding glass door that leads out to the pool deck, which is completely gated off from the house for extra security with the little ones. You will also find a bedroom with a 2 Bunk Sets and a full bath in the hall that also leads out to the pool deck for easy access from outside.

Mid Level: This level houses 4 bedrooms. There are 2 Queen main bedrooms, one with a TV and both have deck access. Another room with a Queen shares a full bath with a room with a DuoBunk & Trundle. Both rooms also have deck access. There is a second hot tub located on the southwest corner.

Top Level: Features an open great room with large TV/DVD, stereo with surround sound and a gas fireplace. Just off the great room is the well-stocked kitchen and a dining area that has a table for 8-10 and room for 4 more at the kitchen bar. There is a half bath located on the landing from mid to top levels and a loft/office space with a desk up a half level. A large screened porch with a picnic table is located on the west side of the home, a great place for those family crab feasts! There is a huge King main bedroom with walk-in, tiled shower, double vanities and a jetted tub. There's a second gas fireplace in this bedroom, as well as deck access. Just off this bedroom is a large reading room that has a TV/DVD player and access to a private screened porch. Step outside and enjoy the ocean breezes from the multitude of decks and the crow's nest deck on top of the house that offers spectacular ocean and sound views and views of The Currituck Lighthouse. THINGS TO KNOW

• Fireplaces are available from November 1st through April 1st.
• The pool is open from the end of April through mid-October. Dates are subject to change.
• For January and February bookings, please contact Vacasa to ensure the hot tub is available.
• You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
• Security camera details: There are three security cameras on-site that are turned off while guests are present: one on the west first-floor deck overlooking the pool area, one in the carport facing east, one sitting on top of the kitchen cabinets facing the southeast staircase.
