Located just steps away from Bid-A-Wee Beach, a private, sugar sand beach, this home features such great community perks as a shared, partially-covered pool, uncovered sundecks, barbecue grills, and shuffleboard and volleyball courts – all within the Fontainebleau Terrace condo complex. Swim in the Gulf of Mexico, build sand castles with your kids or take a stroll down the uncrowded beach. Later in the day, head two miles west to Pier Park for shopping and entertainment.
Bright and cheery with plenty of Florida character in its décor, this condo features an open floor plan which encompasses a living area, a bed, a kitchenette, and a single bathroom. On not-so-sunny days, pop some popcorn, turn on the flatscreen TV, and settle into the cloth couch to catch up on your favorite cable series. You could also take out your laptop and use the WiFi to make dinner reservations in town, or gather your group for a fun card game.
When you’re in the mood for a bit more than a snack, use the kitchenette’s appliances to cook fresh snapper, coconut shrimp, or another local fare. Come home after a full day of activities to get restful sleep in the home’s queen bed. Up to two can comfortably sleep in this bed, and two more are accommodated on an extra sofa bed for a total occupancy of four.

If you’ve brought kids, they’ll love any of the local tours, including a trip aboard the Sea Dragon Pirate Cruise, spotting alligators in the Intracoastal Waterway on an airboat adventure, or frolicking with playful dolphins at Gulf World Marine Park (one mile west).
For more family fun, walk across the street to Hidden Lagoon, home to putt-putt golf and go-kart racing on the emerald coast’s longest track. If you love to fish, local charters will show you the best spots to reel in trophy marlin, amberjack, dolphin fish and many more Gulf species. There are great nature hikes and native wildlife viewing a little over six miles northwest at Conservation Park.
Not to be missed, Pier Park is a great place to sightsee among eclectic shops and casual eateries, and it’s an easy trip at only two miles west. Panama City is also known for its nightlife, so make sure to check out its vibrant dance clubs like Club La Vela, the Backdoor Lounge, Coyote Ugly, and Spinnaker Beach Club & Paradise Grill, which are all within a short drive or walk.

Parking Notes: Parking is located on the front of the building and on either side of the building. These spaces require a Parking Pass. There are about 15 parking spaces along the road to the east of the building beside of Bid-a-wee beach. A parking pass is not required for this area. Although there are not any "NO PARKING" signs, parking to the east of these spaces may result in having your car towed by the city. This is especially true overnight. Neither Vacasa nor the Fontainebleau owner’s association will accept any liability if your car is towed by the city.
Per the Homeowners' Association, each condo is allowed only one Fontainebleau Terrace Rental Parking Pass. This is a "Limited Parking-Pass" which allows access to the property but does not guarantee a parking spot in the designated parking areas. Parking is available on a first come first served basis. Your parking pass will be left in the condo for you when you arrive. This parking pass must be returned to the condo prior to departure. There is a fee of $50 for a missing or lost parking pass. This amount will be charged to your credit card on file if the parking pass is not left in the condo.
Visitors of guests must park off-site. Please keep your vehicle locked at all times. Neither this property nor property management assumes any liability for damage or theft of vehicle or theft of personal property for vehicles parked on the premises.
Water Access: The condominium is located directly on the beach. There are multiple access points to the beach from the ground floor. Please be mindful of the current exterior construction being performed.
