Studio condo w/ a shared pool & Gulf front views - walk to the beach!

Relax and frolic in the abundant sun, white sand, and warm surf of northwest Florida when you book this Panama City Beach vacation rental. Perfect for a romantic getaway with a loved one or a fun family trip, this studio-style condo boasts a great waterfront location and enough space for four guests!

Located just steps away from Bid-A-Wee Beach, a private, sugar sand beach, this home features such great community perks as a shared, partially-covered pool, uncovered sundecks, barbecue grills, and shuffleboard and volleyball courts – all within the Fontainebleau Terrace condo complex. Swim in the Gulf of Mexico, build sand castles with your kids or take a stroll down the uncrowded beach. Later in the day, head two miles west to Pier Park for shopping and entertainment.

Bright and cheery with plenty of Florida character in its décor, this condo features an open floor plan which encompasses a living area, a bed, a kitchenette, and a single bathroom. On not-so-sunny days, pop some popcorn, turn on the flatscreen TV, and settle into the cloth couch to catch up on your favorite cable series. You could also take out your laptop and use the WiFi to make dinner reservations in town, or gather your group for a fun card game.

When you’re in the mood for a bit more than a snack, use the kitchenette’s appliances to cook fresh snapper, coconut shrimp, or another local fare. Eat together at the small kitchen table, or take the meal onto the outdoor balcony where you’ll be treated to Gulf views. There are even charcoal barbecue grills on the main floor of the Fontainebleau Terrace if you want to grill while you’re here.

Jog a few miles on the undeveloped beach, or gather your group for a fun game of shuffleboard or volleyball on the downstairs courts. You could also grab a few beach chairs and head onto the beach to watch a glorious sunset over the Gulf.

Come home after a full day of activities to get restful sleep in the home’s queen bed. Up to two can comfortably sleep in this bed, and two more are accommodated on an extra sofa bed for a total occupancy of four.

Wake up refreshed and reinvigorated in the morning, ready for new adventures. If you’ve brought kids, they’ll love any of the local tours, including a trip aboard the Sea Dragon Pirate Cruise, spotting alligators in the Intracoastal Waterway on an airboat adventure, or frolicking with playful dolphins at Gulf World Marine Park (one mile west).

For more family fun, walk across the street to Hidden Lagoon, home to putt-putt golf and go-kart racing on the emerald coast’s longest track. If you love to fish, local charters will show you the best spots to reel in trophy marlin, amberjack, dolphin fish and many more Gulf species. There are great nature hikes and native wildlife viewing a little over six miles northwest at Conservation Park.

Not to be missed, Pier Park is a great place to sightsee among eclectic shops and casual eateries, and it’s an easy trip at only two miles west. Panama City is also known for its nightlife, so make sure to check out its vibrant dance clubs like Club La Vela, the Backdoor Lounge, Coyote Ugly, and Spinnaker Beach Club & Paradise Grill, which are all within a short drive or walk.

With a great waterfront location, an inviting ambiance, and plenty of activities nearby, this Florida vacation rental has everything you’ll need for an amazing Gulf Coast getaway in Panama City!

Loved the layout of the room and the laidback atmosphere. Cannot beat this place for the price!

I love this place. The bed and the kitchen were clean but the bathtub was not pretty clean. The bathroom was so small. We stayed here for 3 days but they only gave us 1 roll of towels paper and toilet paper.

Wonderful pool and very comfortable bed.

Location was amazing right on beach and walkable to many restaurants. I would of given it 5 stars but shower curtain was nasty and it was little dusty. It was also little noisy with outside sounds. Other than that we had a nice getaway and would definitely return.
Manager response:
Hi, Mary! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay with us! The shower curtain has been replaced, and we do apologize for missing this during the inspection. Thank you for choosing Vacasa!

Overall it was a great place to stay directly on the beach. The outdoor seating areas we a great place to hangout in the evenings. A hiccup checking in but it was resolved fairly quickly.

We loved staying right on the beach. The pool was amazing. Super clean. We would stay here again!!!

This facility and unit 211 was a great place to stay for the 3 of us. Other than owning a house on the beach you can not get any closer. Perfect location on the strip. The pool and sitting area was nice. They only thing we would like to have changed was the smoking. No smoking onsite. It would be nice to sit out and have a smoke but we made it work and will be back.

Great location!!! PBC is our favorite!!

This unit has been remodeled and is super cute! Shabby chic beach themed! We really enjoyed the unit, the pool, the location on Front Beach Rd and the beach access.

I would’ve given this unit 5 stars, however, the parking situation is horrendous. I realize this is of no control of the unit owners but rating as a vacation as a whole... parking is a nightmare and made for more time spent in the condo vs leaving to go anywhere by car. As I understand, there are approx 160 units and only 60 or so parking spaces. You are literally playing the Hunger Games, “may the odds ever be in your favor!” Towing is strictly enforced, be sure to have your parking pass (found in unit) validated with the office to reflect your length of stay. With all this said, I’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed Father's Day weekend (in addition, beaches re-opening from COVID) which contributed to the traffic and congestion of the beaches/restaurants. Strongly encourage Uber/Lyft to minimize moving your car.

Perfect for family of 3. Right on the beach so we decided to stay an extra night (which was so easy to book). Will stay again!

We really enjoyed it. It’s neat little nostalgic place. It does have a few dings and bumps here and there but it was clean and served us well. The refrigerator has seen better days but as long as you know the combination to close it, it works great. It really is a convenient little location. We would definitely rent it again. And a bonus the WiFi works pretty good even on the beach.

Location is very good ... good elevator service ... room very clean, neat and well appointed.

Such a lovely stay, loved the room decor and was very clean. Will def stay here again soon.

This room was very easy to book and once we got in it it was BEAUTIFUL! It was very easy to get into and you didn’t have to worry about losing a key. The only thing I didn’t like is that there was no where to go if you had a problem with your room or anything.
Manager response:
It was a pleasure hosting you, Marlee! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Our local staff is available for guests 24/7 should any issues arise during their stay. We hope to accommodate you again in the near future!
Laurie S. Sep 2018
Loved the decor!

I would say this condo is “charming” and “beachy” and honestly I was pleasantly surprised when I first entered. I will just give some pros and cons:

- Mike (the owner I guess?) was really nice and was as helpful as he could be
- While there is no staff or management on site, it is pretty easy to reach someone in “customer service” on the phone
- The inside of the condo is decorated very well and definitely has a “beachy“ feel to it
- the emails leading up to our visit were frequent and detailed, I felt very prepared for my arrival and departure

- Parking is terrible! There aren’t anywhere near enough parking spots for the number of condos in the building. You are supposed to have a parking pass but that doesn’t seem to be enforced as there are many people park there without one. You are also not allowed to park in the surrounding areas because you will be towed. It’s easy to park during the day but if you plan on going out in the evening you will have to take an Uber if you want to keep your parking spot.
- It’s an older condominium although I think they are doing their best to try to keep it somewhat updated, it is definitely “historic”. It’s not necessarily a bad thing, just know what to expect.
- the sofa bad has a thin (and VERY NOISY) plastic on it which was really annoying for everyone. You could hear each movement which irritating when you are trying to get some rest.

Overall: I would consider staying here again if it were just for a short weekend, it’s not conducive to anything longer than a day or two and I’m not sure if I would stay if I had more than 2 people.
Manager response:
We do agree with this guest that these condos are best suited for two people for short term stays. The condo is an older building, and there are difficulties with parking, but it's a great spot. We continue to look forward to sharing this with our guests!

This place was amazing. Newly refinished and very pretty inside. The location is so great. You walk outside the door to your room and can see the beach perfectly. The condo has a ton of great seating outside and very easy access to the beach. Really enjoyed my stay, wish it could have been longer!

Room was perfect, we had a great time.

Wonderful view. Just steps from the ocean. Cosy room.
Julie S. Sep 2017
Loved this place! Room was so clean ocean view and close to all the action. Will be staying here again!!
Tammy K. Jul 2017
Loved the view and the great sun deck with high chairs! Could sit there for hours!
Debbie L. Jun 2017

In my search I requested Gulf Front although the condo was on the gulf rooms are along the side. I was a little disappointed that we didn't have a private balcony with a direct view of the Ocean. But for the price and last minute booking it was great.
Hannah D. Apr 2017
I'd stay here again. It was all the necessities you need right on the beach. With a couple of cleaning remedies this would be the perfect place to come and stay.
Bethany H. Apr 2017
This was a perfect spot for my family of 4 to stay on our first trip to Panama City Beach. The room was clean, right on the beach, with a great view, and close to lots of shopping, good food, and Wal-Mart. We would definitely stay here again.

TL&DR: It's awesome, minor inconveniences that will be after thoughts because of the ideal location and cozy quarters.

2 friends and I wanted a weekend getaway from work and life, so we decided to head on down to Panama City.

We weren't looking for a lavish resort since we didn't plan on being inside all that much. Found this condo among many listed, very affordable and what at first appeared to be a convenient location.

The owner, Mike, sent us an email a few days before with all of the info we needed. Door code #, address, and info about how to check out along with what will be in the room when we arrived. Very seamless!

The building itself looks a little rundown from the outside, but they are constantly doing renovations. The building extends onto to the beach, unlike the surrounding properties, which is cool. The indoor pool is surprisingly well maintained despite the first appearance of the building. We spend a lot of time in there when the wind got too cold for the beach.

The room was great. The decor was fun. Bed was comfy and clean. Couch just the same. TV was small but hey, you're on vacation buddy - get outside! It did the job. Wifi was spotty but again, who needs it? Appliances and utensils were clean (you could literally make ANYTHING with the amount of appliances and utensils that were in the kitchen, very efficient lineup in the kitchen). Bathroom was clean and there was a beach umbrella and 2 folding chairs in the closet for guests to use, how thoughtful!

Only 2 downsides about the room - hot water handle didn't work. Had to use a key to turn it on. The refrigerator worked perfect, but the outside of it was gross looking. We are 3 guys all at the age of 25, so we are anything BUT neat freaks. The fridge was just a little off putting initially. Otherwise, awesome room!

If you've never been to Panama City - something to note: there isn't sidewalks everywhere nor is there a boardwalk. During the blazing hot summers, I imagine beachfront is the way to travel, but since at times the wind and temp weren't ideal we had to use the gravel or at times the actual road to walk on. Going out for a few drinks responsibly by foot can be dangerous on the way back since it is dark and all the spring breakers are driving like looney toons. So just something to keep in mind to research when looking for a place to stay.

The building is in a quiet spot on the beach, which is awesome. It just isn't in a part of town where sidewalks exist. Close by bars can be reached by the beach though. Honestly if it is summer/hot while you're staying in a condo there, the beach is perfect and the location is ideal.

Sorry for the bipolar review, hopefully that helps!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! We will defiantly be back to this location. The resort was right on the beach, and the beach at this location was very secluded. The room was very nice. The only thing that needs replacing is the bed. The view was absolutely amazing!
Landon H. Aug 2016
We enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and very convenient to all the local spots. The only bad thing was the bed in the room was very uncomfortable other than that I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to stay that is affordable. The private beach access was great.
Carly P. Jul 2016
I stay in Panama city one week out of every month for work. Usually the condo has a private balcony facing the ocean. This one has a shared balcony facing to the side and not the Gulf. There is no hot tub and the pool is indoors. We had a bit of a bad experience because the apartment smelled like cigarette smoke, the hot water was out one morning. If you're on a budget in the busy months this place is a bit less expensive than private balcony condos, and it is otherwise clean and convenient and the staff is helpful and very responsive!
Manager response:
We apologize for the disappointments that occurred during this stay. The hot water is shared by Fountainebleau condos and should not have had any issues; we will approach the HOA for follow-up if this occurs again. The unit is smoke-free, but people do tend to smoke outdoors at the complex; the HOA is working on eradicating this issue so guests can enjoy a smoke-free environment.
Celine B. Jul 2016
We loved our stay. The room was adorable and perfect. Would stay here again.
Dean O. Jun 2016
Great little condo. My family (3) stayed and didn't have a single issue. Spoke to manager before arriving was friendly and extremely helpful. Room was meticulously cleaned and could not beat the location right on the beach. Bed was comfortable and the view was amazing. Has indoor pool very clean and all the locals were really friendly.
Maureen J. Jun 2016
We had a great time we were not in the room much. The access to the beach was awesome. We had a great time.
Shelly H. Jun 2016
We've been to PCB before but the location of our condo this time was perfect. I wish there were individual balconies, but the fact that you can walk directly onto the beach made up for it. Lots of places say they have private beaches, but there was no more than 40 people on the beach during the busiest times of the day. Don't expect the Ritz because it is an older unit; however it was very clean and decor was perfect for the beach!
Sheree J F. Jun 2016
Everything (cleanliness, amenities, kitchen supplies, towels/linens, proximity to the beach, exclusivity of the beach, size of the room, price, ease of check-in etc.) was perfect except for 4 things:
1. Roaches. My husband and I killed several.
2. On the first morning, a homeless (perhaps) man with blood dripping from his forehead was on the elevator. It was very scary our children and me, to say the least. We later saw the police arresting the man.
3. There was mold in the tub and on the shower curtain.
4. We had a very hard to returning the key to lock box. After about 10 minutes of trying, we were finally able to get it to work.
Manager response:
We are sorry to see that this stay was inconvenienced by these things. The condo association has the condos and common areas sprayed monthly for the cockroaches as they do tend to return often. We are unsure what the situation with the man on the elevator would have been, but if the guest was exhibiting unruly behavior then it was the correct course of action to have the police pick him up. The Property Manager inspected for mold and mildew and has cleaned any he was able to find. This unit is actually a keyless entry with a keypad, and no key is necessary; we are sorry to see that there was some confusion on that part.
Dayle P. May 2016
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had no complaints!
Jaquata L. May 2016
We were happy with the room and the location. We liked being able to walk right onto the beach, and that there was an indoor pool. It was private, and quiet. We will use this service again in the future..
Terry H. Feb 2016
Loved the small quaint comfy rooms
Was a bit concerned about security and safety when first arriving
Nobody around when we checked in
No instructions on what to do
Overall nice rooms very close to the beach
Had construction workers everyday working repairing and painting
Would love to see the place after it is all fixed up again.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review. We apologize that there were not any instructions provided for you and will be sure that future incoming guests have the necessary information. We are glad to see that you are looking forward to visiting again after construction!
