3rd Floor Oceanfront Snowbird Friendly Condo w/ AC, Private W/D, WiFi

Spend your vacation down at the beach with all the amenities you need! Guests will enjoy convenient offerings within the condo, as well as multiple resort amenities.

Open seasonally from March through October the onsite pool bar serves frozen drinks and cocktails. Onsite you will also find a Dunkin Donuts serving hot and iced coffee favorites. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Our guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

Water Park Access - All Oceana Resorts guests receive free water park access from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests have unlimited access for all members of their party at either Wild Water and Wheels or Myrtle Waves.

Mini Golf - All Oceana Resorts guests receive free play before 7pm for all members of their party. Lost Mine Miniature Golf is located downtown near several of our other properties. This course is open seasonally from March through October.

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to 3 partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property specific websites.

Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!

Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowboard community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! Additionally we host an annual Wine & Cheese reception with giveaways at both Patricia Grand and Bay Watch in mid-February.

If you want a room that’s not cleaned before you check in and severely outdated this room is for you. Carpet through out is disgusting and that is an understatement. Bathrooms were covered in sand. Both toilets broke during our 4 day stay. While trying to check in we had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Staff is very unfriendly. Spend a couple extra bucks and stay somewhere eles.

The location was right on the beach. If you like to spend vacation with a million people, you will love this place. The condo was very outdated and somewhat dirty. The staff at the Camelot are outstanding!

It was effective for our stay but the carpet was disgusting. Within 15 mins, my toddlers feet were black. We had to keep our shoes on most of the time. The couch was also disgusting and missing most springs in the bed part.

There carets are nasty needed to be cleaned and pool had wads of hair in them were not cleaned properly each day.

Loved how close we were to the water. The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and full kitchen was amazing. We would definitely stay again!

Great location and pools, 3 bedroom was spacious enough for us. The balconies are huge and quiet hours were well enforced for a relaxing stay. Only true complaint was the house keeper who blatantly stole in front of us then lied about it but the manager Jenna went above and beyond to make it right.
