As the second couple to arrive, we got the smaller bedroom. It REALY needs a chair and small table next to the window, some pictures on the walls, a trash can, and a ceiling fan would be great. I received a number of reminders before and after our arrival, and even after our return home from asking me to check in. The site required me to sign an agreement to check in, but the agreement had nothing to do with the property rental, but instead was the agreement between Mountain Property Management and YourWelcome for using, paying for, and receiving commissions from the 'tablet' placed in the unit. I refused to sign the agreement, and called Mountain Property Management to advise them of this irritating error. When looking under the sofas for dropped items before we left, there was lots of dust and dirt there. Obviously not cleaned for some time.

My husband, three children (ages 14, 11, and 9) and I spent five nights here in July 2020 and this is one of the best VRBO properties we've stayed at! Excellent location and beautiful views right out the back door. Near the airport but air traffic was not disruptive at all. The unit is exactly as described and had everything we needed, including a few bonuses such as the gas grill, laundry, and a garage. Less than 15 minutes to downtown Jackson, about 25 minutes to Teton Village, 15 minutes to Teton National Park entrance. We'll be back and would definitely stay here again.

Overall it was a great rental experience!! Perfect location and beautiful views!! Things to consider: needs better lighting in main living area, dining and master bath. Carpet on stairs created a tripping concern. One window in master bedroom didn’t open (broken opening mechanism). Recommend a rug inside back sliding door as it rained while we were there. We would stay there again!!

We expected more from this rental given the price point (even in Jackson). Pictures are nicer than actual. Lighting in bathrooms, living room and dining area are sub-par. Overall, the property is extremely dated. One window in master wouldn't open, one wouldn't close. Maintenance came to fix one and was given the incorrect part to do so. Screens in master were taped I assume to keep the bugs out. Shower in master was dangerous to get in and out of because of the depth of the jacuzzi. Second bath shower door didn't close completely, so water got on the floor. This unit needs an overhaul.

Great location outside the bustle of town, but close enough to drive into town when necessary. Also very close to airport and Grand Teton NP. Furniture and decor was extremely outdated and could use some refreshing. Upstairs tub was difficult to get in/out of (it doubles as a spa tub). View from the master bedroom window and back patio were incredible. Great location for our adventures in the area (hiking, biking, white water rafting, wildlife viewing and photography). Would stay again!

This condo looks out at the Tetons - how can you beat that? And it has a backyard and a playground across the street, which is very convenient for families. The condo also has all you need - wifi, showers and bath, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen. The condo is showing signs of wear and there are many small maintenance issues (windows that won't open, curtains that aren't attached properly, a sauna that is out of order, an upstairs installed carpet that is bunched up)

The location of this rental was perfect! It is located in a quiet neighborhood of condos in a beautiful area with mountain views from the back porch. It is very close to town and makes easy access to Yellowstone National Park and Grand Teton National Park, as well as many fun things to do in Moose, Wyoming right down the road. We couldn't have been more pleased with the location. That being said however, the inside of the condo is very dated and really needs some updating. The carpet is stained downstairs and green upstairs, which makes it look old. Orange counter tops, the wallpaper, and the tiles in this condo look like they are from the 70's. The furniture downstairs is worn and dated as well. The backs of the curtains have holes in them, which you can see if you are sitting on the deck. The chandelier in the breakfast nook is missing a light fixture. The handle is missing on the inside of the shower in the upstairs bathroom, which makes it hard to open from the inside. The faucet upstairs is also difficult to pull/turn on. The dryer handle pops off very easily, making it hard to open. There are many other little things like this that need to be taken care of. Basically the place really needs some TLC and updates. I will say that the beds are very comfortable and the condo had basic necessities for cooking meals, although we did notice that some of the dishes/glasses were dirty so we had to wash them before using. I would recommend this place for location and a quick place to lay your head at night, but not for someone looking for luxury. If I were to recommend this place to a friend I would warn them first about the inside issues. If you can get past the looks of the inside of the place, location makes it worth it.

Came in on the weekend and could not get hold of anyone pertaining to the property. Frustrating.

This was my third trip to Jackson Hole, However it was my daughter and grandsons first trip to Jackson hole. This was his high school graduation present. They thoroughly enjoyed the trip and the stay at the condo. It was close enough to Jackson so that we could get to town easily and quickly and it was easy to get to the national parks. We had a great time and I would not hesitate to rent this property again.

We loved the location. Nice touch by Managemen Company to have a basket of snacks and a reusable water bottle as a gift. The overall arrangement of unit was as described... but everything inside looked old and tired. For the kind of rates and added costs we were charged we left wanting.

a good condo with spectacular views of the Tetons. Needs a bit of upgrading but suited our purpose
