Across street from Snow King Mountain, comfortable beds, Two families with 3 kids, everyone had their own bed and bathroom. Unit is a duplex, could not hear the neighbors at all. Parking is at the bottom of unit and at the top of the unit. GPS took us to the bottom, the combo given is for the third floor door at top. Would definitely rent again if in the area. As for Jackson, WY, nice town, but plan a head for reservations at restaurants, they tend to book early.

This was a wonderful set up for a big family. Clean spacious nice location to Jackson Hole. I will suggested giving better directions for the entering the home. GPS takes you to the bottom floor / back of home. The enter box is at the top. The code needs better instructions instead of just the code. A # is before the code and a # after the code . coming in at 10pm at night in the dark made it very hard. Everything else GREAT. I had the groceries delivered before hand from Mountain Groceries. I can not say enough about this location loved it. ALOT OF STAIRS so not good for anyone having trouble with that. I would highly suggested this unit and if every to return to Jackson Hole I would love the opportunity to stay here

The unit was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to the bus stop. It’s immediately behind this unit. There are a lot of stairs in this building. If you stay in the lower bedroom it’s 2 full flights up and down. It will keep you in shape. Very roomy lower level bedroom. Very private. The heater is a little noisy

We have now stayed at this location twice. The staff, the place, the location is just perfect for anything that you would want to do. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff and their willingness to help and accommodate your needs. The place has everything in it that you could possibly need and is absolutely beautiful. I rate the home and staff with 5 stars and I will definitely stay here again and use Jackson Hole Reservations.

The property is at Snow King resort which is a half mile walk to downtown. There are two parks with playgrounds less than a quarter mile from the location for kids. One of the parks has a nice rock climbing wall. The property includes a can of bear spray which is nice since you can't fly with bear spray.The property has a grill that was empty when we arrived. We called maintenance and they brought gas within 1 hour.The property is three floors with separate bathrooms for each of the four rooms. If you look out the windows in the morning you may spot mule deer walking around the parks.

Our family of 8 enjoyed our stay in Jackson Hole, Wy.The location was excellent close to town and easy to get to. The rental was clean and roomy so our family of 8 had plenty of room to spread out. The one downfall was parking. Although we were allotted 2 parking spaces (not assigned) sometimes coming back in the evening it was difficult to find a space to park.

This was a great place, especially considering the price we paid. It was essentially 3 private residences (one with two bedrooms) and so it was perfect for 6 adults to socialize but also have our own space. It was in great condition, check in was easy, everything was great. The only negative was that it was a bit hard to find using google maps. They drop you off at the bottom of the apartment but there is another entrance above where the code works. But once we figured it out, it was awesome. Thanks!

This condo was very good. Clean, fully stocked and very convenient to the bus stop. I would have rated it 5 star, but for two things. First on one of the last days, we started running out of hot water. I can't understand that because the water had been fine for the previous 4 days? Also, a minor point, but the fire alarm went off. Mtn Prop sent over a maintenance man right away, but he had to disconnect two of the detector units to get the alarm to stop. That needs to be fixed.

We rented this unit for a week's family vacation in early September. It had plenty of room for seven of us to spread out as well as be together. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy to use. The most important was the beds; everyone had a good nights sleep. So good mattresses. Also want to add, the maintenance service was very quick to respond when we had a question. The gentleman was very attentive and helpful. Would stay here again!

Not exactly what we had hoped.The room with the twin beds was very noisy from next door and the traffic and park across the street. The bathroom shower curtain had mildew and the floors and baseboards were very dirty.The dishwasher is not even attached to the cabinet base and the mop to use on the floor was extremly dirty and unusable.

The property delivered all that was promised. We had a large group of people and we found that we were very comfortable. Some of the rooms had bathrooms in them which was extremely convenient. I found the kitchen was well equiped. Mountain Property Management provide EXCELLENT customer service as we had many different needs because of the wedding. They went above and beyond expectations. My only complaint (minor) was that it was a bit complicated finding the unit.

This property was perfect for our family of six adults and two children. With a bathroom for each of four bedrooms, everyone had privacy. The condo was very clean and stocked with plenty of towels and bedding as well as kitchen and bathroom supplies. All appliances functioned well. Every room was comfortable and nicely decorated (even nicer than the photos show). The location was great for the many activities we enjoyed. The property description was very accurate. The property manager was very helpful and available when needed. Our group enjoyed hiking & biking, canoeing, and boat rides in Grand Teton Park, shopping in town, and an evening float trip on the Snake River. We had fun on the alpine slide and cowboy coaster on Snow King Mtn. We took the gondola ride in Teton Village and ate at the Mangy Moose. We had delicious dinners at the Gun Barrel and The Local restaurants and tasty pizza at Hand Fired pizza, milkshakes at The Drug Store and ice cream cones at Moo's. We bought muffins and breakfast sweets at the Bunnery and enjoyed dinner at Snake River Brewery and lunch at Jackson Lake Lodge. Our family will never forget the special week we enjoyed in Jackson!

The Property Management Company was very professional and made renting the unit very easy. The unit was very clean and well-appointed. However the parking situation is not very good in the winter. The other caveat to a wonderful unit is the lower master bedroom is not properly heated and my friend that stayed down there complained of it being musty and affecting his allergies.

The property was very clean and was as described. The amenities were as stated. The only problem we had was with the coffee pot which had the wrong type of filters. We solved this by purchasing the cone type filters and that solved the coffee pot trouble. The two lower levels of the condo had been renovated and were quite lovely. The upstairs furniture was comfortable also. We were fortunate enough to be out on the deck late one afternoon and saw a fawn eating what seemed to be the leaves of his or her favorite tree right below our deck. The mother deer was close by observing us and her baby. That was special. My family and I love the mountains and the national nearby national parks. It was good that we had a fan the first night we were there because Jackson had a temperature of 78 degrees, and the upstairs bedroom was almost sauna like with the house being closed up. However as the week went on the temps cooled as did the bedroom. The home was more than adequate for our time in Jackson.

We visited we 3 children and 4 adults. Each couple had a king bed and bath on separate floors. Children shared the remaining two bedrooms on the second floor. The kitchen was well equipped. Great location. We walked to the Snow King Mountain activities and spent the entire day there. Expensive, but everyone loved it. Went rafting on Snake River, horseback riding, and hiking at Jenny Lake. Wonderful vacation. Stayed 5 days then went to Yellowstone for two. Could have stayed another week. So much to do.

The only thing that wasn't 5 star about this property was that it didn't have air conditioning. 2 nights out of the 5 nights we spent there got a bit warm, but only in the top section. Jackson Wy. has very little air conditioning. I would recommend this property to anyone!!

Very good. People very helpful. We reserved for 4 nights then were able to add an extra night very easily. I texted Kathy in the evening and she immediately responded then got back to me first thing the next morning. The air in the upper floor was very stuffy and all of the big window did not have screens on them. We had several bugs fly in when we had them opened during the day. We did use the fans which helped keep air moving at night. Everything else was great. Location, parking, access to town, etc. We will be back and try to deal with you again. Loved our stay. Great. Overall the rental property worked out great. Good, convenient location in town. Parking was good. Spacious accommodation. Only issue we wish would have been covered was screens provided on ALL the windows. Only had them on the few windows that cranked out. The bigger sliding windows did not have screens and a couple different times bugs flew in the windows when we had them open. Otherwise all went very well.
