Just came back from our 3 days at this unit.
Good:
Good location, centrally, close to ski resorts and stores.
Looks exactly as described and shown in pictures.
Very well equipped with everything you need, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, games books, etc.
Nicely decorated, furniture and beds in nice, good condition.
Good price, comparable or better than similar units in the area.
Updated unit, nice gas fireplace, warm.
Great to have a designated parking space inside.
Not so good:
This apartment is in an older complex, the complex might need some refreshing (old, worn-out carpet, poorly lit, etc).
Probably related to the previous issue, of the older building, if you have people in the unit above, be prepared to hear every little or big step they take, it is loud. you can hear EVERY step.
We had a little bit of an issue with the apartment not being ready/cleaned by the time we checked in (at 6:30 PM). One very nice lady we met at the complex said she was not aware the unit was being rented. She said she will clean the apartment and get it ready really quick (while we went to get something to eat). She did clean it and we appreciated it, but you can tell it was done in a hurry, some areas could have used a better cleaning. We ended up using our own wipes and cleaned the countertops and sitting surfaces, and you can see the dirt on the wipes. That situation put a damper on our experience. Vacasa notified us they will reimburse the cleaning fee.
