Cozy, comfortable, quiet apartment. Definitely recommend!
Highly recommend this home
I loved everything about my stay, from check in, to the amount of dishes in the cupboard. The only thing I was Leary about was they contacted me 5 days in advance because gthe City of Portland wanted some information about me. I thought most of that had been cleared up while booking.
Hi Jamie, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay! The additional information required is part of a new municipal requirement that the city has imposed on vacation rental operators. He hope it was not too much of an inconvenience for you. We would love to host you again!
The whole building was classy and high end. I felt at home.
This apartment was a perfect city place for my husband and I. The location is close to great food, shopping and other activities. It was nice to have a small kitchen and w/d and it felt fairly cozy.
Our view of a parking garage was expected however there is a small amount of construction going on outside the bedroom room. It did create some noise but it was fairly tolerable and didnt really start til after 9am. There is a large crane a few blocks away, which was in use, but its sound was quite minimal.
Parking in the garage was very convenient and we felt our car was safe.
The homeless population is much bigger than I was aware of and we found it disturbing. Still, we weren't harassed and didnt necessarily feel unsafe. Also the litter was inescapable.
People were pleasant and the building staff were pleasant.
I would enjoy this space again when coming to Portland.
Clean, beautiful, walking distance from everything. Wonderful experience!
This apartment was exactly as advertised. My check-in was smooth, and the apartment was spotless. The location is truly in the heart of downtown Portland.
The place was spacious and all the necessities I needed for staying a few days, from towels to laundry detergent. My view was of the parking lot across the street but it wasn’t terrible. I loved it was walking distance to the food carts and other attractions. I will totally keep this place in mind when I visit again !
The apartment was great. The location was perfect and checking in and out was very easy.
Great location convenient to everything I needed and wanted. Condo is in wonderful condition. Big thanks to the local team!
A clean space where I felt I was left to be independent
Very nice, peaceful, and clean condo!
I was visiting Portland on a business trip and decided to stay at Park Avenue West. It is located in a very convenient location, close to everywhere I needed to go during my trip. The check-in process was simple- I used a code to pick up the key, then used that key to access the residential elevators and my room. I didn't need to talk to anyone to receive my key or to check-out, which was another convenient feature. The room was nicely decorated, very clean, and comfortable.
I will definitely return!
Loved the location, and the unit was well appointed and clean. Although we spent little time in the actual room, the time we did spent there was on the couch watching TV. The only problem with this was that the couch was super uncomfortable. It is a great little place and we will be using this service again. Thank yoh
We are sorry to see this guest did not find the design of the sofa comfortable, and we look forward to hosting this guest again!
The pet friendly apartment is in a building completed in 2016. Everything inside the unit is secure, clean, solid, new and quiet. The view out of the huge picture windows is a beautiful cityscape. Our daughter brought her dog and slept on the sofa couch. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable with a variety of pillows. The location is in the heart of the touristy part of downtown Portland, just a few blocks from the Portland Museum of Art, city parks, shopping and restaurants. It is about .3 mi to Powell's Bookstore and less than a mile to the Amtrak Union Station. We loved it!!!
This room was very open and bright! The couch in the home is terrible. It felt like I was sitting on the floor. Kitchen was nicely set up. A few dishes were dirty that were in the cupboards. Bathroom as very bright and roomy. The bottom of the shower still had foot prints and the shower curtain was yucky. At first glance the room is very wonderful and impressive. Just a few minor things but they did not effect my trip.
We apologize about the comfort of the sofa, it is a modern style sofa and those can vary in comfortability. Our local staff has contacted housekeeping about the dishes, this will not happen again.
Loved the space, the views, and the convenience. Great location. I will be back!
Great place! but no parking.. be prepared to spend extra on parking in the city.
Loved my stay here. Walkable to everything! And the space was perfect for a home away from home.
In town for training. This apt was a great refuge each night. Close to Target with great food choices close by too.
Easy check in and out.
Great amenities in a great building/location
It was incredibly clean, very nice area.
I cannot give enough stars!!
I enjoyed my stay at this location. Had a few issues with the shower/bathroom, but nothing extreme. Easy check-in/check-out. Unit was clean and it was nice to have a fully stocked kitchen.
Everything you need within walking distance! If you’re visiting for a quick trip, ditch the rental car and just walk. Shopping was just a few blocks away, all of the hottest must try restaurants are close by. The bed was comfortable and the view was great. When we come back, we will look to stay here again.
Great little condo in the heart of downtown Portland. Tons of things to do and see within walking distance.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My wife and I + friend stayed in this unit for a long weekend. Spacing for us was great, but could not accommodate 2 couples (nor does it claim to). Good potential for family of 3-4 with 2 younger kids. Higher cost would have put it out of range if it was just 2 people, but price was right for 3. Very clean; very safe; excellent location for weekend travelers from out of town. Staff was very helpful and did not try to sneak in extra costs like others have.
Our family of 4 enjoyed this modern and cozy apartment. Centrally located to food, shops and entertainment. We parked at smart park right across the street which was $5 on weekends and $12 weekdays.
great place and location. i have a 5 month old and we got around with him extremely easily. speaks to the location, walkability, space within the unit, etc.
Great location if you need to be in Portland for work or the downtown area. Apartment was really nice and clean and I just loved the big windows. As soon as we settled in, I told myself that I wanted to live there. In that particular unit. Very nicely decorated, large bathroom. Where #601 was located, it was very quaint and quiet, which I loved. It included kitchenware and even laundry detergent! The location was very secure. Security guards 24/7 at front desk.
We had a little issue when arriving 11pm . The key fob was not where it was supposed to be and we called Keith who was our contact for the apartment. He was very accommodating and took care of the matter immediately. We just waited in he lobby for someone to bring it. We contacted Keith again about late check out and again, he was punctual and took care of it very quickly.
Overall, we enjoyed the customer service, the safety of building and the location. Would stay here again !
We will stay here again FOR SURE... It was AWESOME. Unbelievably quiet and clean. I felt like it was a home away from home. Loved it. In fact, trying to book it again in the next 2 weeks
I've been to Park Avenue West multiple times now, and it always has both excellent lodging in a great location with access to everything.
I was in town for work, the location of this property worked out great for me!
Well located, new condo in luxury building. Why it has shabby furniture and lousy lighting is hard to understand.
The location and building were wonderful.
While bed was comfortable, it was a double or the smallest queen ever. Sofa extremely uncomfortable;leather over wood? Kitchen well stocked and very functional. A large woven front room rug had snags and needs replacement.
Big disappointment was no cable or satellite for single tv in common area. The tv antenna reception was sketchy especially when raining or even walking within condo would interrupt reception!
This upscale place was comfortable, clean and had good access to shops and transportation elsewhere. Classy.
We stayed here with our newborn and while it was a little cramped for the three of us it worked out just fine. We stayed in another unit the first part of our trip on the 12th floor that was more spacious and had a much better view but it was sold out so we needed to move down to this unit. The view of this one is a parking lot but beyond the parking lot are really pretty mountains. Everything was really clean and comfy and the people who work in the building are really nice too! I definitely recommend this place if you are looking to stay downtown. If you have small children it may not be the best spot as downtown Portland outside the Pearl District you come across a lot of questionable people on the street. Otherwise it is awesome because you can walk to so many great coffee shops, restaurants and the massive bookstore down the street.
We could not have been happier with our choice. The apartment was just the right size for two of us for one week. It was so close to great restaurants (Andina, food truck pod, Coffee Works) and bars (Multnomah Whiskey Lounge, Clyde Commons). It was also close to the public transportation so we were able to explore more of the city. We would definitely stay here again.
Brand new unit, exactly as pictured. Great location, 1 block from Pioneer Square, very walkable. Unit is on same floor as the community lounge with giant big screen TV, for those that need a TV fix and outside grill and balcony. Great place for a glass of wine at the end of a busy day. Portland is a great city to visit and this is great place to stay!
The apartment was very clean and spacious. No cable, but access to the internet, Netflix and other streaming services via smart TV. The building location was perfect. A short walk could get you to nearby foot carts, Pioneer Place shopping Mall and other nearby shops, Stumptown, Blue Star Donuts, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. We would definitely recommend this apartment.
Nice place to stay. The unit was clean and cozy. The sheets were so soft!
The place was amazingly convenient to all of downtown portland. It's less than a block from rail and walking distance to many restaurants and food carts. The room was well decorated and provided all amenities. The room is situated in the 6th floor next to the community lounge which is nicely convenient if you want to enjoy some of the amenities of the building.
The location was great and the place was classy and clean! I enjoyed my stay and will definitely look at using this place (or another like it) for future visits.
great property with fully stocked ready to live in unit, good location walk able to anything west of the river, parking garage is an added bonus. would book again.
Really, it's just perfect. Location could not be beat! Will get this place again without any hesitation.
Great location and great place. Highly recommend
Fabulous unit in downtown Portland; perfect for a couple. Great kitchen, very clean, and the location can't be beat, next to Nordstrom, a few blocks from the Pearl.... Parking easy and leave the car on arrival. Incredibly clean. Well done; luxury building.
Gorgeous property as described with perfect location for business travel. Currently, construction may awaken you at 6am.
Great gym and very nice building.
Great property and location. Extremely convenient to public transportation and easy walking distances as well.
Great place to stay downtown. Location was 10 minutes within walking distance to anywhere. Good restaurants nearby, and free parking. We'd definitely stay here again if we want a place to stay downtown.
My husband and I stayed in Portland for 4 days and found the condo we stayed in to be perfectly located to explore all parts of the city. It was quiet and well furnished and exceedingly comfortable. The staff at the condo's security center couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. This property is located one block from the Portland Visitor Center which we visited each day to get information about things to do and how to get there on public transportation.
Would definitely return to this unit. My only suggestion is that they install cable on the television in the living room. We watched a lot of Netflix instead but would have appreciated the use of the TV when we had some time to relax before going out exploring the city more.
This condo is in a great location. Having an included parking spot in the garage was great, especially being able to load the car to leave out of the rain.
The building amenities were also nice.
There is a max stop at the corner, a park with a water feature across the street, and a ton of food carts a block away.
I will be sure to stay in one of these rentals with Vacasa for my next visit to Portland.
Great location, walking distance to so many great restaurants and bars. Easy access in and out of parking
Great Location and nice amenities. Be forewarned that there is no local TV. It is either Blue Ray DVD (that you bring) or streaming.
Awesome downtown location! This building is very clean, quite, and secure. I look forward to staying here in the future.
This condo is perfect for a weekend stay in beautiful Portland. We were blown away by the view, the sleek furnishings, and the location of the condo. The comfortable mattress, french press, and funky artwork were bonuses. Renting through Vacasa was easy and painless, I will definitely rent through them again. A couple of tiny suggestions: it would be great to have coffee filters in the kitchen. Also, the thermostat was a little funky at times. Finally, the condo offers plenty for room to put your things, including a large closet with hangers, but nowhere to put away folded clothes. Maybe a small wardrobe could fit in the closet? All in all, incredible stay. We will be back.
