Nice lobby. Centrally located. Nicely designed.
loved it all. 24 hours of pure magic. It's Rip City Baby!!!
Loved the furnishings...very updated
The building is quiet.
This place was in the heart of downtown Portland with a quick walk to any place you want to go. The key system was very easy to use and the apartment was very nice and clean. We used the BagBNB in order to store our luggage and made our trip and first day very easy.
Absolutely loved this unit. All the amenities provided made my stay "no hassle" and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this unit anyone.
Loved my stay in this apartment. Booked it as a little downtown “staycation” and couldn’t have been happier. The floor to celing windows were amazing along with the rest of the apartment. The building its self was fun and very nice as well.
Had a 1 night trip to Portland for work and this unit suited me perfectly. Plenty of room and beautifully designed to make it feel like home.
The apartment was clean and spacious. There was lots of natural light and a nice view of the city lights. Well situated to walk to shops and restaurants. Very convenient -- I would stay there again!
The Park Avenue West building was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday. Comfortable, secure, conveniently located for downtown dining, shopping and walking. We will definitely stay there again.
This condo was very well equipped with everything needed. Bed slept amazing, great view of downtown. Very comfortable atmosphere!
The apartment was as advertised: nicely furnished, spacious, clean. Lots of light, lots of storage. Kitchen had everything I needed. Lively views down the streets, and of the Nordstrom H-vac. Great location, right in the center of things. Easy to walk everywhere. Food and shopping very nearby. Fantastic value for the stay! The only complaint is that the building itself, while new and in a prime location, was a pretty boring place. Felt like a giant hotel rather than some kind of fun Portland experience. There are many vacation rental units in this building, which may add to that. Not a bad thing per se, but the place did feel vacant in a way that was lonely.
Nice condo and conveniently located.
It was great had no issue what so ever.
The value on this spot is amazing. It's such an upscale building and apartment, for less than you'd pay for an area hotel. Can't recommend the accommodation and location enough. We were walkable to everything!
Modern condo, secure building, very clean and well appointed. Killer view and location. Book now!
My family loved the convenience and beauty of this downtown condo. We walked to the Portland Timber's game (about a 10 minute walk). We'll be back.
We loved our stay here. It was exactly what we envisioned in Portland. Perfect location to walk everywhere! The only thing we would say is that the floors were still dirty when we checked in.
We have reached out to housekeeping regarding the floors and are pleased to see our guest was otherwise satisfied. Thank you!
Beautiful views, right in the middle of downtown. Walking distance to everything, we loved staying here and will 100% return, did not experience any problems at all. Highly recommend!!
Loved staying here--can't beat the location, great view and very clean. Kitchen had everything I needed.
We loved our 4-night stay at this condo. It was fully equipped, clean, and in a perfect location. I would echo the other reviewers that it would be nice to have more than one key, but we made it work. I would definitely stay here again.
The location and building is just beautiful. The rooms are always nice and clean, and although I don’t write many reviews, I use Vacasa a lot during my travels and Park Avenue is my go to for Portland.
The only issue I have is parking is outrageous. The rate posted is $20 for overnight, but if you’re not gone by 5am, you get charged a day rate as well...and don’t leave, or you get hit again. I wish Vacasa would fix this!
Still very highly recommend.
Unfortunately, due to the number of people needing spots between the residents and corporate office using the parking spaces, we are limited to employee parking only by the building association. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes our guests. There is off-site parking that is a little cheaper if guests don't might parking above ground. We recommend guests use the ReachNow app or the BIKETOWN bikes so they don't need to deal with parking at all. Thank you!
It was spotless from top to bottom, decorated in a very contemporary way, with a friendly staff for any questions I had.
Fantastic location with a great view of the city! Comfortable and clean! Will stay again!
Perfect downtown location. Parking garage right across the street from the front entry, which I didn't use because I was able to street park within a block at night, which cost zero.
The rental was located next to everything you’d need (target, trimet) with amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk.
We loved everything about this unit. It was exactly as pictured on the website: beautifully furnished, clean, inviting, and comfortable. The floor-to-ceiling windows bring plenty of light in, but the sleek window treatments keep the place nice and dark when you want to sleep in. The central A/C and heating systems were quiet, easy to operate, and highly effective. The little street noise that we did get to hear (during a demonstration, by the way) didn't bother us at all.
The condo is located in a high-end, secure, contemporary high-rise in the middle of a nice, upscale portion of the business district—just a couple of blocks away from great dining options, casual food trucks, movie theaters, parks, bookstores, and shops. There's a even a Target one block away away for any extra toiletries or groceries you may need during your stay. The place did have basic kitchenware, plates, glasses, and utensils.
Just as importantly, dealing with Vacasa was delightful. Their helpful, thorough emails made us feel confident about check-in procedures and expectations well before the beginning of our stay. We were also happy to receive general information with their phone number from early on, which came in handy when we contacted them with a question.
We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Portland!
We loved this condo and its easy walking distance to so many amazing Portland sights, shops, restaurants & parks! The condo was beautifully decorated and well equipped, and we loved the city views. Would absolutely stay here again and return to experience more of this charming city!
I spent 3 nights in this unit and it was exceedingly clean, comfortable and well appointed. I would absolutely stay here again!
We loved the place. It’s close to everything In downtown. Nice and clean! Would stay there again!
From the reservation process to communication before the trip, to check in and check out it was seamless. Beautiful space right downtown where you feel like if you put your hand out the window you could touch the Nordstrom sign. Super clean and comfortable and already planning our next stay.
ONLY thing to watch out for is where to park. Our car was broken into on night one but not the fault of Vacasa at all.
The checkin and out process was super easy and I need simple instructions. It took only a few seconds to figure it out. Don't lose the key! I never needed any help from Management. Everything worked as it should. This home is right next to the red line (only steps away) and takes you directly to within 100 feet of the airport. It's so easy! I loved Habibi, the Lebanese restaurant around the corner!
Very lovely place to stay! We will be back.
Spectacular views and perfect location. It would be a dream of mine to live in a unit like this overlooking the city of Portland. Will definitely stay there again.
City center location near so many restaurants and shopping. Great bedding and furnishings! I will be back!
I was in Portland on business. This location was within walking distance of great food, public transportation and museums. Clean, beautiful views and a cozy bed. If I ever go back to Portland I will say here again.
This apartment and location was ideal for our four day stay in Portland. Grocery stores, two coffee shops and take-away and sit-down restaurants were just right for the two of us to walk to, for whatever we needed. Will request this apartment for our next visit to Portland!
I enjoyed staying in this Sleek, modern condo. The views were breathtaking and I watch the sun come up each morning. This building is amazingly secure, requiring key fobs to enter the building, the elevator and even the specific floor. The location was ideal for my trip. I was in the middle of everything! There were great restaurants and ample shopping opportunities, all within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone who is wanting to visit the downtown Portland area.
Easy to get anywhere from this location! Good value and more space than a hotel room! All good!
This apartment is a bright and spacious one bedroom with a fully equipped kitchen and large bath. We enjoyed the modern design and overall comfort. Loved the walkability to cafes, eateries, shops and the riverfront. Public transportation is half block away, but we walked everywhere. Great value. Would highly recommend it!
Our Vacasa condo was in a great location for easy walking around Portland. Close to good restaurants and shopping. Appreciated the security at the front door although we felt very safe walking around the area. The unit was roomy with all the amenities and very clean. We appreciated the bag of extras left for our use (laundry soap, dish soap, hand soap etc.). The process for picking up the keys was easy and quick. A great spot! We would definitely return.
We had a great stay, next time we'll stay longer!
The condo was truly a pleasure to stay in. All amenities as advertised and cleanliness was above reproach. Within walking distance to my business meetings in the pearl district and plenty of food and transit options close by.
Ideal location and a perfect rental for a couple. Pull-out sofa was comfortable for our daughter. We definitely would recommend this unit for a future visit to Portland.
Really enjoyed our stay at this apt. It's close to both streetcar and MAX stops. Good restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
We had an amazing time staying at the Vecasa Condo. Perfect location and friendly residents. Everything was perfect for our stay! If you haven't stayed in a city condo earplugs might be helpful as street noise was a surprise. Otherwise amazing!!
We rented 3 units on the 6th floor for a family wedding group. We had a mix of adults, seniors, and children. The building was perfectly located. The units were modern, clean and well stocked. We had a fabulous time and wouldn't have changed anything. The views from the rooms were amazing.
From start to finish, the customer experience was in the forefront. Unit was clan and modern. Everything you need to feel at home from the second you turn the key...
A perfect situation when traveling with a toddler. The entire 3 day stay had zero issues and was in the heart of Portland. Food, beer, shopping, whatever is steps away.
Will be very hard to stay at any Portland 4/5 star hotel ever again. Maid service, towels, and turn down is no longer a justifiable need (or request) when traveling to Portland...
Great job Vacasa!
Although Portland is known for less than ideal weather, we had 2 full days of sunshine at the beginning of our trip! Too bad we can't control the weather. I counted on having an iron to press my clothing, wrinkled from my suitcase, but there was only an ironing board in my unit. One call to the LOM, Keith Sooy, resolved this issue within an hour! It's hard to say what could be improved upon, as the service was excellent. My condo was impeccably clean and well-appointed. Even the windows were fairly clear, and that's saying a lot since I was in a corner unit and had 2 full walls of floor-to-ceiling view. Everything was very clean and orderly. The only issue I experienced during my stay was poor WIFI; I did try resetting the router, as Keith suggested, but it didn't seem to help. TV reception was poor too, and channel selection was very limited. Fortunately, it had NetFlix! So not a true issue. Thanks for a fantastic stay and outstanding customer service during my business trip to Portland!
Love everything about this apartment. I felt at home and was happy to come 'home' everyday. Located near a ton of options for eating as well as right next door to Target for groceries. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was super clean. Definitely will stay here again.
The property was great, besides the very disappointing realization that there was no comforter for the pull out bed. Absolutely do not rent this property if you need two beds!
This unit was clean and modern and had great views of Downtown. Everything was in walking distance- will definitely stay again!
I've stayed with Vacasa many times in one of their rentals in this building, it's been great every time. The building is new and the condo is nice. The check in and out process was very easy. I will surely stay here again the next time I'm in Portland and one of their rentals is available.
The apartment is fantastic -- well worth the price. Thanks!
We arrived at 1:00. The lady at the desk was so rude. She acted like we're not welcome there She said the house keepers were probably still in the apt. And that she didn't have a key. Check in wasnt until 4:00. I said no problem can we store our luggage so we can go explore the city. She said no "we don't do that". There were plenty of places we could have put our luggage but we had to drag it all over town. Ridiculous. When we. And back at 3:00 tired of lugging our bags around. She was once again rude. She said I don't have a key yet. I did ok we will wait here. There is a very nice area to the left that has two couchs, a tv, coffee and tea. I found it on my own. I wasn't told that I could go sit over there. She just wouldn't talk to me. Very very rude. We felt very unwelcome there. Finally at 4:00 a guy came down and handed her the key. She then asked for my name and checked us in. She could have been nicer. She could have found a place to store our luggage. She could have suggested we make ourselves comfortable until the keys were ready. She could have offered coffee or tea. She could have suggested s nive pksce for lunch. But instead acted like we were not welcome. Very disappointed with the check in process
We are very sorry to see that our guests were not treated better upon their arrival; we will discuss this situation with building management. We hope the apartment itself was very enjoyable.
Overall Avery nice place and very friendly people to work with.
Good location central to everything. Modern condo well appointed.Portland has good transportation but if you want a rental car, ask for parking to be included. Parking in the building is very expensive. If people are loud in the streets below you can hear it but was quiet most of the time. Good eats: Tasty n Alder for breakfast and Tinkets in East Portland. Blue Star and Pearl Bakery are the best.
Great location. Great amenities. Friendly service.
Everything was great. Only downside was that it only includes one key which is difficult to organize getting in the apt always at the same time ( elevator requires key cadd)
This was a perfectly adequate vacation stay. Very clean and new . Apartment well appointed (IKEA) with a few gaps. As others noted, no tv/cable and little by way of instructions or orientation. However, we were able to walk to everything and the bed was comfy. Building is still pretty empty, which is a bit eerie.
We enjoyed our stay and would come again. The condo is in a great location, and had wonderful amenities.
We were very happy to have rented this apartment. Our family of 4 (2 adults/2 teen girls) was comfortable in this apartment. The area surrounding was safe to walk around in and we found plenty to do while visiting. Thank you for this opportunity- highly recommended!
We had a great time. The condo was in a great location and everyone was extremely helpful! We'll be back for sure!
Very good location and very nice condo. Staff were friendly and helpful.
This condo is a brand new building in the heart of downtown. Very high end, and a perfect location. Next to Nordstroms, one block from Pioneer Square (the heart of downtown).
The apartment and location are beautiful. Spacious and modern, great part of town! The neighborhood construction and building maintenance noise made it slightly less charming in the mornings. Overall I would recommend this place and return.
Perfect size for my wife and I. Great location, good restaurants nearby, and great for entertaining. The condo was practically brand new
I would definitely recommend this apartment.
The layout is small but very functional.
One note: if you have trouble sleeping, there is the annoying sound of the parking garage alarm intermittently going off when cars enter or exit. It happened all night long and I was quite sensitive to the abrasiveness of the tone.
I prefer not to do a public review. Thanks!
Just like Mary Poppins, this was 'practically perfect in every way!' The condo was absolutely lovely and everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The downtown location was a complete dream and perfect walking distance to dinner, shopping and theaters. Security and parking staff were friendly and helpful. It was a 100% positive experience! (I long to visit this rental again, but fear the rise of summer prices might disqualify me from returning.)
