Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

The breakfast bar has space for two people, but if you'd like to truly make the best out of your stay, you can dine alfresco on the balcony. Wildernest is all about convenience. You'll have your own stackable washer/dryer on-site. Your body can get sore after hours and hours at the slopes, so visiting the shared hot tub wouldn't be such a bad idea, right? You'll be located four and a half miles from downtown Stateline. As its name suggests, this town is on the border of California and Nevada, at the southeast shore of Lake Tahoe. Heavenly Ski Resort and Montbleu Resort & Casino are both in Stateline, making it a popular destination for every time of year. Another popular destination is Lake Tahoe, less than five miles away from your doorstep. Popular activities you can try at the lake abound, but fishing, kayaking, and even summertime swimming are locals' favorites. You'll be close to a handful of slopes that range from beginner to advanced.
