Make Manitowish Waters your next getaway

When Wisconsin locals hear the term “Up North,” they think of pristine lakes, sun-dappled forests, and quiet solitude. It’s a broad colloquial term, and some folks can’t agree exactly where the dividing line to “North” begins, but the response is always the same: nostalgia for easy days spent lakeside in northern Wisconsin. Our Manitowish Waters vacation rentals are a perfect example of this.

Recent Manitowish Waters vacation rental reviews

We stayed a couple of days off season in April. Very quiet, had the resort to ourselves. Beautiful view, very nice unit. The ground floor makes it easy to access from parking.

The cottage itself is very cute and comfortable. We loved the chairs to look out at the lake. The fireplace was great and kitchen was adequate. The location was lovely and very quiet. Vacasa was responsive when the microwave went on the fritz.
