Completely renovated with new flooring, bedroom furniture, and living room furniture, this condo offers ultimate comfort. The guest ensuite has an attached private balcony overlooking the beautiful Perdido Key and the master suite and living room have spectacular gulf views and balcony access. Plus, the main bathroom has a large walk-in tile shower and a jetted tub for evening relaxation. When each dreamy day heats up, simply head down to the shared, seasonally heated pool or the sandy beach mere steps away and soak up some of the famous Florida sunshine. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared hot tub, pickleball court, and tennis courts. When mealtimes come around, everyone can help out with whipping up a tasty meal in the full kitchen complete with a breakfast bar for entertaining. The wet bar will come in handy for a cocktail as the sun goes down!
This location is hard to beat with the beach mere steps away, yet venturing out a little more can give you a real taste of all of the action. Palacio is located conveniently across the street from restaurants, shops, nail/hair salons, and more! Head just under a mile to Gulf Islands National Seashore, five miles to World Famous FloraBama and Orange Beach Alabama, a few miles to Naval Air Station Pensacola, home of the Blue Angels, and 17 miles to downtown Pensacola where you can find even more shops, restaurants, and attractions to fill each day with fun.

There are still several units in the building that are having work done as well. We do not manage every unit in the building, therefore we do not know the timeframe on when work will be completed. Per the HOA, construction workers are allowed to work between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.

Parking Notes: Two cars max. If you bring more than two cars, you are responsible for finding public parking on your own.
Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
