You'll have every essential for a memorable stay in East Vail at this ground-floor condo in Pitkin Creek Park, a two-bedroom, one-and-a-half bathroom escape that offers comfort, convenience, and wonderful on-site amenities. This 900-square-foot space sits on the garden level of the complex, featuring a full kitchen with a breakfast bar where you can begin each morning, as well as a new flatscreen TV and a wood-burning fireplace (with wood provided in winter) that you can cozy up to each evening. On the grounds of Pitkin Creek Park, there's a lovely swimming pool that's open all summer, a community hot tub, a volleyball court, a market, and a stop for the free Town of Vail bus - which runs to Vail Village every 15 minutes during ski season - right by the entrance.

Parking Notes: All vehicles are required to have parking permits, which will be given at check-in. The permits are to be displayed. All units are allocated one primary and one secondary permit. Please park in the designated primary or secondary spots, as towing could occur if you park in anyother designated spot. Please do not park in front of dumpsters, as towing and fines could occur. Periodically, all cars must be moved out of the lots for complete snow removal. If a vehicle needs to be moved to facilitate the snow removal process, a vehicle may be towed the vehicle if the owner of the car cannot be located. During the hours of 7 am, to 10 p.m., the spaces in front of the commercial areas are reserved for customers and delivery trucks. Trailers, RV's, moving vans, boats, etc, will not be allowed in the parking lots without a special permit.

We stayed in #11A. The mattresses should be updated, they are pretty old or low budget. The common area was on the small side. No dining table, just a bar with 4 chairs. We didn`t use the sleeper sofa, but it is an older one, and I would not recommend sleeping on it, I`d prefer to bring an air mattress.

The condo is on the ground level, and there are two flights of stairs to walk up to your vehicle. After a day of being on mountain, this is exhausting!

Other than those things, I really liked the condo. It was clean, kitchen was very nice, bathrooms were nice, plenty of closet storage. Just 10 minutes on the free shuttle to Vail Village. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
