This is a very special two-bedroom condo at Timber Falls in East Vail. There is a private hot tub exclusive to guests staying in Building 17, and there is a shared pool available in the summer as well. This is a ground-floor suite with an expansive, furnished deck featuring a large gas grill, ideal for entertaining friends after an afternoon on the slopes. Inside, you'll find a well-appointed living space with an open concept, lovely furniture, and a gas fireplace. Vail is the place to be for unbeatable ski slopes and après-ski adventure. Parking Notes: Please note: In the event of snowfall of 2" or more, cars will need to be moved from the parking lot in order for the lot to be cleared of snow. If the cars are not moved for the snow removal, a fine could incur.

There is not assigned parking. You may park near your condo if space is available. Parking is not allowed on the hill between building #12 and 15. This road must be left open as a fire lane. Any vehicles or trailers over 20 feet long are not allowed to be stored or to park in the Timber Falls parking lots. No permits are required.

No vehicle shall be parked in such a manner as to impede or prevent ready access to any driveway to or exit from a building. Any traffic flow markings and signs regulating traffic or parking on the condominium project shall be strictly observed. Violators will be towed at an expense. Vehicles must be in working order and must be moved on a regular basis. This is very important for winter snow removal and complete clearing of the parking lots. After three days without being moved a vehicle is considered abandoned and will be towed. Vehicles blocking stair and walk-ways may be towed immediately.
