Sixth Floor Oceanfront Studio with Ocean Views, Shared Pool, & High-Speed WiFi

Relax like nobility in this richly decorated studio by the beach. There's so much shelving and storage in this studio, you won't have to worry about where to store everything you brought (and buy!) on vacation. Take in a view of the ocean from the plush purple couch, or lie on the king-size bed and make a few phone calls. Recline while enjoying a favorite show on the mounted big-screen TV. If you need a refreshing shower, enjoy a rinse in the spacious, tiled standalone shower with low clearance and a handheld showerhead. This studio's distinct decor also includes an upgraded basin sink in the bathroom and full-size appliances in the compact full kitchen. Guests can enjoy an abundance of cooking tools in this kitchen, including a full-size toaster and coffee maker, as well as a full sink setup in a corner countertop layout. When you're not relaxing in your room or at the beach, you can enjoy access to the shared outdoor (and partially covered) pool as our guest. You can shower off the sand when you need at the shared outdoor showers before coming back in. The studio will be waiting with all you need.

Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants, less than two miles away! The Skywheel Panama City Beach offers fantastic views of the Gulf. Zoo World Zoological Park offers opportunities to get up close and personal with animals just under five miles from this studio. Guests who brought their clubs will appreciate being just over a mile from the Holiday Golf Club. Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark (just two miles from the studio) with its lazy river, water slides, and designated toddler area.

Parking Notes: Parking is located on the front of the building and on either side of the building. These spaces require a Parking Pass. There are about 15 parking spaces along the road to the east of the building beside of Bid-a-wee beach. A parking pass is not required for this area. Although there are not any "NO PARKING" signs, parking to the east of these spaces may result in having your car towed by the city. This is especially true overnight. Neither Vacasa nor the Fontainebleau owner’s association will accept any liability if your car is towed by the city.

Per the Homeowners' Association, each condo is allowed only one Fontainebleau Terrace Rental Parking Pass. This is a "Limited Parking-Pass" which allows access to the property but does not guarantee a parking spot in the designated parking areas. Parking is available on a first come first served basis. Your parking pass will be left in the condo for you when you arrive. This parking pass must be returned to the condo prior to departure. There is a fee of $50 for a missing or lost parking pass. This amount will be charged to your credit card on file if the parking pass is not left in the condo.

Visitors of guests must park off-site. Please keep your vehicle locked at all times. Neither this property nor property management assumes any liability for damage or theft of vehicle or theft of personal property for vehicles parked on the premises.

Water Access: The condominium is located directly on the beach. There are multiple access points to the beach from the ground floor. Please be mindful of the current exterior construction being performed.
