The Hygge House, named with the Danish word describing a feeling or moment of coziness and contentment, has been designed to harbor an environment where those moments happen organically. Beautifully renovated in 2018, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom home sits on three-quarters of an acre, only 1,000 feet from a private association beach on Lake Michigan. Spend your days swimming or lounging on the beach (with beach towels, six beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach wagon provided for your convenience), and come home to unwind on the spacious patio with a hard-wired gas grill, an outdoor dining table, new lighting, and a firepit to gather around each evening. The large yard is fenced, making it a wonderful space for fun and games (a croquet set and frisbee are even provided).
Back inside, the sunken living room is the perfect, cozy place to gather with family and friends, offering a 50-inch flatscreen TV and a rustic fireplace to toast your toes at the end of the day.
