Welcome to Sunshine Villa! Sunshine Villa is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom, two-story villa nestled in Pier 9 Bungalows. Located in picturesque Union Pier, this lovely home has so much to offer, including a convenient locale just walking distance from the beach. As you enter the first floor, you are welcomed by a dining area, a full kitchen, and a living room area. You'll also find a bedroom with a twin-size trundle and a full bathroom, easily accessible by guests. The second floor enjoys the main bedroom with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with a bunk, both sharing a full bath with plenty of space for families. The outdoor firepit and sitting area is a welcome accommodation for enjoying those beautiful summer nights. Beach access is just a few short blocks away, making it convenient even for families to walk to the beach. Please note that the owner has a cat and a non-shedding dog. The guest is allowed one non-shedding dog under 20 lbs.

The pool will be heated at 80 degrees prior to your arrival. If you wish for the heat to increase, please contact Vacasa after you secure your booking. The cost for additional pool heat is $25/night.
