This spacious home is located right next to the seawall and is filled with lots of positive beachy vibes. When you're not building sandcastles or kayaking along the shoreline, stretch out in the home's comfy sitting room to enjoy a favorite mystery novel or a movie or show on the mounted flatscreen TV. Challenge a friend to a game of Ping-Pong or a match at the shared tennis or basketball court then use the appliances, spacious countertops, and terrific cookware of the full kitchen to prepare a delicious meal for the family. The attractive dining table has enough seats for up to six guests. After an afternoon at the beach, use the private washer/dryer to knock out the family's laundry while you enjoy a nap on the main bedroom's king-size bed. The home's high-speed internet and free WiFi make it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time. We really enjoyed our month-long stay at this house. The house was clean and very roomy, and there were tons of places (cabinets, closets, etc.) to keep our things neatly put away. The bed and other furniture was very comfortable. The internet was fast and reliable -- a real plus because I work and attend school remotely. The central air conditioning was nice and cold. Long Island Village (where the house was located) was a very nicely kept park and had great amenities, although we didn't use them because of the pandemic.

The real highlight, however, was the covered patio and dock. We enjoyed gorgeous sunrises and watching pelicans dive for fish, and almost got to see a SpaceX launch from the Boca Chica facility (it was delayed until after we left).
