Parking Notes: Two vehicles maximum. 1 parked in garage and 1 in open parking. Parking pass is required for open parking and is inside the Unit. Please display in the vehicle. A $50 replacement fee will be charged for each parking pass that is missing. All-wheel drive or a 4x4 vehicle will be required, depending on the weather. Please check road conditions in the winter months to see if they are needed. Please adhere to Caltrans traffic advisories during winter storms. Traction tires or 4-wheel drive may be required. Please refrain from parking on the street. Vehicles may be towed if they're blocking snowplows from clearing the road.
Please enter the Main Entrance to Mountain Shadows. Once entered, stay hard left, follow the WHITE ARROW on the "Unit Directory" to the LEFT. Follow until you see the "No Outlet" sign, turn left into that no outlet, and unit 177 will be at the end of the court, on your left—Park in the carport and a parking space on the right. You will need to place the parking passes in your vehicle inside the unit at the front entrance.
