Summit County ski lodge w/slope view & resort pool & hot tub

This spacious and accommodating Keystone ski lodge provides stellar mountain views and access to resort luxuries including a pool, hot tub, and sauna! This Colorado mountain condo is perfect for multiple families or wedding parties visiting Summit County for the perfect ski holiday, intimate outdoor ceremony, or summer retreat into the mountains!

The home is located in Keystone's Lakeside Village and provides a central location for outdoor recreation. In summer, you’re just three blocks from Keystone Lake, two miles from horseback riding at the Keystone Stables, and seven miles from Lake Dillon and the Dillon Marina. By snowfall, you can explore the best of Rocky Mountain skiing as you're less than a mile from the slopes of Keystone Ski Resort, and within 20 miles of Breckenridge Ski Resort and Cooper Mountain! Year-round, this fantastic Colorado lodge includes access to the Lakeside Village Pool House which offers a pool, hot tub, and sauna.

Inside, you will enjoy a cozy wood burning fireplace and gorgeous windows that bask the family room in sunshine. Views of the Mountain House ski lifts offer inspiring scenery, even when snuggled on the leather sofa! The home is instantly inviting for active groups as it opens with a foyer offering a built-in bench, boot dryer, and storage for your gear.

This Keystone vacation rental lodges an impressive 12 guests. Core amenities include laundry facilities, three full baths, and four bedrooms. The bedrooms are great for families as two offer multiple beds, provide media entertainment, and are styled with casual mountain decor. The first floor provides a full bath and two bedrooms - one offers a queen bed and two twins, the other a queen bed and twin bunk beds.

Upstairs is the large open family room, dining room, and kitchen which provides plenty of space for groups to unite at the beginning and end of each day. Cozy leather furniture overlooks both the mountains and flatscreen cable TV, so you can choose between the nature channel (the mountain view outside your window!) or a movie on the DVD/VCR. WiFi and a sound dock will keep you connected to the weather report and latest tunes while resting in the condo.

A breakfast bar with seating for three offers plenty of counter space to lay out snack bowls of chips and fruit before the main course. Granite countertops, a double sink, and modern appliances will please the family chef, whether they're preparing a pancake breakfast or Christmas dinner for 12. When the timer rings, sit down at the formal table with seating for 10 at the table and three at the counter. Just past the family room is a second full bath and two bedrooms. One guests room offers a queen bed, and the master suite is complete with a king bed and private bath.

The home is conveniently located near the East Lake Bus stop. In winter, hop on the shuttle to the mountain resort for long days on the slopes or Nordic trails. When you’re tuckered out, head back home to start a wash cycle for your gear and get ski boots on the boot dryer before walking to the indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna for a relaxing soak. Keystone's Lakeside Village is surrounded by shops and restaurants when you feel like exploring, and in winter nearby Keystone Lake freezes to create an awesome five-acre outdoor skating and hockey rink!

Bring your golf clubs for days on the green at the Keystone Ranch Golf Course, or take a Sunday drive through the mountains along Loveland Pass. Rent canoes or stand-up paddleboards in town for sunny days on Keystone Lake. In summer, fireworks displayed over the lake every Saturday! Rent motor boats at the Dillion Marina for jet skiing and breathtaking views of the sailboats at Lake Dillion, or bring your fishing poles for quiet afternoons on the banks of the Snake River.

With access to so many opportunities for world-class outdoor recreation, the question is not when to come, but how many days can you take off! This spacious Summit County condo is the perfect place to experience it all, whether you're planning a memorable family reunion, intimate wedding, or pre/post-wedding retreat.

Our whole family enjoyed this large condo. We had 7 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 kids fit comfortably in this great condo. We really enjoyed the view of the mountains from the large livingroom windows. We also enjoyed the fireplace, full kitchen and laundry. The kids enjoyed the access to the pool house. I really liked that there were plenty of came with 3 keys in the room then had 2 keys down by the front entrance in the lock boxes for backups. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend Decatur 1789 to any large group or family.

Perfect Mountain View’s and quick access to the slopes.

This place was beautiful and roomy. Six adults and five children slept comfortably. We would definitely return.

Great property for family and kids, or a bunch of friends with no kids.
Only problem was no balcony and no grill. OH well. Everything was nice and clean with easy excess too. The living room does NOT have any pull out beds. They are just basically lazy boys. Super comfy to watch tv on.

Pretty Dirty all over, clogged garbage disposal, broken couches, dirty sheets, unflushed toilets, dirty dishes.
Manager response:
We are sorry to see our guest was disappointed with their accommodations. Due to our guest arriving early after guests just checked out that morning, the home was not ready for them. Had the guest arrived at their designated check-in time, the home would have been clean and prepared. We hope to have another chance to impress our guest!

Our group had a great time.

Our family of 12 has stayed here twice. The views are incredible and the condo is convenient to the shuttle and slopes. There were plenty of towels and it was well stocked with other necessities.

We really enjoyed our stay at the family friendly home. There were plenty of dishes and utensils to use while we cooked. Not very far from Keystone Ski Resort, which made it easy to ski, and it does have a shuttle every 20 mins if part of the party wants to utilize that mode of transportation.

This was a great place for our group of six with a conference at the Keystone Conference Center. Easy walk to the conference and to Keystone Lake with surrounding restaurants.

We had seven stay at the condo for my son's wedding weekend. The condo worked very well for us and had room to sleep at leas four more. It was very, very well equipped.

We were very pleased with the condo and it's space. Very easy to spread out and house several families of guests. Close proximity to many outdoor activities and it was great to have access to the pool and playground.

The place had a lot of room and a nice view. We liked the fireplace and large living area. Management was unresponsive and left us hanging without propane for the grills. The beds and sheets were very uncomfortable and cheep. We'll look else where next time.
Manager response:
We are sorry to see these guests did not get the propane they needed. We notified the HOA as soon as the guests notified us; we are assuming they did not get around to refilling the tank due to the time of night these phone calls were taking place.

Lovely setting and great space for our family of 10. The furnishings were super with lots of comfy places to sit. The downstairs bedrooms are quite large. Being able to load and unload in the garage was a nice benefit.

This was a great place for us to stay, right across from the conference center, it was very handy. Thank you.

This townhouse is very spacious and quiet. You feel like you are in a private home. It had plenty of room for three families to stay with small children. Nice walking paths, a good pool and about 10 minutes from town.

Great apartment, very spacious and comfortable.
The location in the heart of Keystone is priceless.
Thank you very much.

This was a prime location - we walked everywhere during our stay and the view of the mountains from the living room/kitchen/dining room was spectacular. T place had pretty much every kitchen gadget you could imagine for cooking. Entertaining space upstairs was also great for being social, cooking and playing card games. Bedrooms faced the road which was kind of loud but otherwise very comfortable.

This home was very clean and comfortable. We travel for work often and enjoy privacy. Due to this we try not to stay in condos. When you entered this condo you would never know it was a condo. It felt like a private home. There is plenty of room for a large group and the furniture and bed were very comfortable. Added bonus was the boot drier, we got our boots wet while hiking and were able to use the boot drier to dry our boots completely before having to hike in them the next day. We will stay here again when in the area.
