Decorated and furnished in elevated beach neutrals, this condo provides a relaxing retreat with a view of Assawoman Bay. Enjoy the view from one of the furnished balconies - two bedrooms on the second level connect to balconies, in addition to the living room downstairs. An elevator will assist you in bringing luggage up to the first floor. The living room desk workspace is right next to a glass door with a fabulous view of the bay. The expansive kitchen features a dishwasher, French door refrigerator, and a central kitchen island for the ultimate kitchen prep setup on granite countertops. But if you feel like cooking outside, there's a private gas grill waiting for you. Enjoy a libation from the living room's wet bar when dinner has wound down. When it's time to turn in, guests of the main bedroom will enjoy an en suite bathroom featuring double sinks, a standalone shower, and a jetted tub. But no matter which room you pick, central air conditioning and an additional ceiling fan in each bedroom will help you enjoy a comfortably cool night's rest. Guests can enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool (which also overlooks the bay) as part of their stay.
For beach fun, guests will be just under two miles from Fenwick Island State Park. Both Bethany Beach Boardwalk and Ocean City boardwalk are both within 10 miles of the condo, both providing local shops and restaurants for guests to enjoy. Golfing fans will love being within 10-and-a-half miles of both The Salt Pond Golf Club and The Links At Lighthouse Sound.
