Gorgeously decorated, this family-friendly townhouse is ready to welcome you to the beach! The third-floor wraparound balcony features plenty of seating while offering a lovely view of the ocean and the nearby Castle Otis. Catch the sunrise from the balcony or the sunset from the windows on the other side of the house. So, settle in and enjoy the view, or take a seat inside, in one of two comfortably furnished living rooms on the first and third floors.
Upstairs on the third floor, the open-concept kitchen/living/dining room has plenty of room for everyone to gather. If someone in your group struggles with stairs, the elevator will help them get up and down easily. The first floor's living room features a foosball table, large Smart TV (great for catching a game), and a covered patio with a fire table. The modern, full kitchen is on the third floor and features quartz countertops, and brand-new stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, fridge with icemaker, microwave drawer, dishwasher, and a large prep island with seating for four.
On the second floor, you'll find the home's main bedroom right away. This lovely suite occupies half of the second floor and features its own balcony and en suite bathroom. The decadent ensuite main bath features a large double sink vanity and an oversized double shower. Down the hall are two more bedrooms. Just go past the laundry room, complete with full-sized washer/dryer, and you'll find the second bedroom which features a bunk bed perfect for younger guests. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is conveniently across the hall from the bunk room. The stylish third bedroom features extra seating and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower.
Down on the first ground-level floor, the private fourth and final bedroom includes two windows for extra natural light. A full bathroom with a standalone shower is just across the hall. Every bedroom features a ceiling fan and a SMART flatscreen TV.
Historic downtown St. Augustine, including the beautiful Castillo de San Marcos, is just over six miles from this home. Enjoy some unique Florida history (and demonstrations!) at the Fountain of Youth Archaeological Park just five miles away. Guests can enjoy shopping and local restaurants all throughout the downtown area, including The Floridian, Uptown Swinery, and the St. Augustine Seafood Company (all within six-and-a-half miles of this home). For a great dinner, Cap’s On The Water is just a short walk away and is known for its amazing sunset views and fresh seafood options. Plus, this home has access to the Exclusive Serenata Beach Club, which is less than a mile from the home. The club offers multiple pools, hot tubs, beach chair service, a restaurant, and water sports rentals on-site. * This retreat is an adjoined duplex and thus shares a wall with a full-time neighbor. Also, all three of the other units are full-time residents. The HOA prohibits more than four cars with this rental - all of which need to be parked in the two-car garage and driveway only, not in the roundabout or on the street, and St John’s Noise Ordinance is strictly enforced, with outdoor quiet time beginning at 10 pm. No exceptions.

Parking Notes: NO PARKING IN THE STREET, GRASS, CUL-DE-SAC!! Cars can park in the garage and or on the driveway only.
Cars cannot be hanging out over the road, fully parked on the driveway only.
If extra parking is needed (which should not be over 4 cars) the street leading up to the units private cul-de-sac cars can park along it, NEVER ON THE CUL-DE-SAC.
Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Water Access: Look across the street and to the left to the vacant lot where there is a sandy trail for you to take to the beach.
Turn right, directly across from 3rd street is public beach access.
