We were there for 4 days and enjoyed it everyday. Had dinner outside on the balcony, waking up to the ocean view .

Dirty floors, especially in bathroom. Broken towel bar. Shower curtain bar had tape (or some material) placed in between the edge of the bar and the wall. No drain cover in the tub, or any levers to close the drain to take a bath. Bathroom sink handles were very loose. Beaten down furniture. Door is really hard to open. To fix all the issues in the property, isn't a lot of money. Not fixing the issues shows a lot of disrespect to the visitors who are paying money to stay here and expect a good property. Comfy beds and nice view, though. I liked how the condo was divided for some privacy.
Manager response:
We appreciate having this feedback to work with. The towel bar, shower curtain, and tub stopper have been replaced. The coffee table has been changed out and the futon has been replaced by a brand new day bed. A deep clean is scheduled for the home during May. Thank you!

Today's date is 01/03/17- I stayed at this unit from 12/29/16-01/02/17. bathroom DEFINITELY need to be renewed asap, kitchen needs a cooktop and some upgrade, some of the tile floors are loose and cracked, what could cause a accident. New paint also a must. The king size bed and sofa bed were very comfortable, the view, the balcony, the size of the apartment, all that was great! It can easily fit 4-6 people. The one car spot it's a plus!! Stuff was great at the security desk! I would recommend this unit for most of my friends and I would definitely stay here again myself.
Manager response:
The stove burners have been replaced, and the owner is considering other improvements at this time. Thanks!

This place looked gorgeous when we looked at it online. There were no reviews so we had nothing to go off of, but my friend and I decided to take a chance and book it. We were thrilled it was an ocean front with a balcony on the 15th floor! The ONLY, and I mean only good thing about his place is just that; the view.

My friend and I had nothing but problem after problem our entire stay. The first was before we even entered the condo! The key wouldn't work in the door! We had to go back down and receive a security key to try and get in. Eventually the maintenance guy had to come and help us. (If you don't speak any Spanish I wouldn't recommend this place..we couldn't understand a word this guy was saying and it was completely frustrating for us). Anyhow, he came and attempted to show us what we needed to do. We tried to figure out what he was saying and that was that. It still took us about 2-3 min each time the entire trip to enter our room because of the door. Let's move on to problem number two. The AC vent leaked water. We had to have a towel down the whole trip to make sure we didn't slip and fall in the kitchen due to the water. it constantly leaked. The maintenance guy said he would come and fix it (he came 3 times to deal with it) and it NEVER got fixed. After he looked at it each time he made a mess, and didn't bother to clean it up. The third problem, we went to flush our toilet because there wasn't much water in it which was odd, and it overflowed. There was water everywhere, and we didn't have many towels to soak up the water. Again guess who showed up, the maintenance guy. At this point I saw him more than I saw the actual neighborhood of Miami. He might as well slept outside our room. I've lost track of what problem we're at but I believe it's four. This was the most disgusting one. There were cockroaches in the room. I would have had better luck sleeping out on the beach for a week than this room. I didn't even feel comfortable sleeping in the bed, so I made sure to sleep with socks, sweatpants, a shirt and even a sweatshirt. Now we're at the beach so believe me I was hot, but I was scared to get bit by something. The maintenance guy came back again to put these black things down on the ground to attract them. We never saw them near the black things but we saw a few more roaming around. The fifth problem was mold. There was mold near the vents..DISGUSTING!! Seriously this place WAS NOT CLEANED!

My friend and I asked several times for someone to come and clean at least the floor for us. After we were told they wanted to come before 2, we called back and said we want them to come as soon as possible because we had plans and wanted to go out on the beach. We were told they'd be there soon. BULLSH*T..they didn't arrive until AFTER 2!! We wasted a whole day waiting for them. They were there for a whole 10 minutes and then didn't even both to tell us they were finished. They just up and left. Great job ladies...

My entire trip was spent on the phone with Vasaca. I will say they did a decent job (not the best) of communicating with us. We did ask several times to be called instead of texted but they continued to text us when we specially asked to be called. I wasted money on this place and WILL NEVER be returning. Not unless the place gets a whole remodel which lets face it, it desperately needs. No amount of cleaning will fix this place. We did receive a refund because we had to leave a day early, the refund also included the "cleaning fee". I'm not sure where that fee came from because it wasn't cleaned.

We were told we could switch rooms but not sure why they think we would be okay paying for an ocean front with a balcony on the 15th floor to a smaller room on the 7th floor bayside with no balcony...not unless your refunding us the difference.

Overall, Vasaca did an okay job with helping us out, definitely have had better. The place downstairs never had any people it! Not sure why you have an office in the building when it's never opened. We knocked and checked everyday but nothing. If you want a place where you just want to pass out after a long night out maybe the place for you. Definitely not for families. Again the only good thing about it was having the ocean view and being able to relax out on the balcony.

Don't waste your money. Stay at a nice hotel and spend the extra bucks. It WILL be worth it to not stay in the dump we did.
Manager response:
We are very sorry to see that there were so many concerns with this stay. This complex is a much older building and does have some issues that come with that. We are beginning to spray for cockroaches on a regular basis, and we will make sure our guests have an ample supply of towels. This unit is being renovated, and we are working on our communication skills so that we can offer the best experience possible to our guests.
