Can't give this one a thumbs up. Had a bad experience waiting around over an hour for someone to show up with a key despite showing up at check-in time. The thermostat was broken the entire time leaving the unit at 78 degrees. Despite calling to get it fixed, nobody showed up or followed up. It's definitely not worth the money given the condition that we found the unit in.

Room is very basic with 2 full size beds, a coffee maker, shampoo/conditioner, towels, humidifier, hair dryer, microwave, refrigerator, and an iron. The room came with dish soap, but only two coffee mugs so you will need to bring paper plate/bowls/silverware if you plan on eating in the room. We were fairly disappointed that the room wasn't cleaned every day, and it wasn't super clean to begin with. The room was also very hot. We had the heat turned completely off, and often had the windows open (in the middle of the winter!) The location was perfect, in Center Village, so that was really the only bonus.
Manager response:
We do only clean at the end of each stay and apologize if our guests was unaware of this arrangement. We hope to have another chance to impress them!

I loved the location. Staff was very friendly.

We came to Village Square for the Guitar Town festival. We stayed in room 535. The room was nice and clean with a small refrigerator and two queen beds. There is no air conditioner but it's really not needed when you're up in the mountains. They had a fan and we put it in the window. It worked fine and we were very comfortable with the August night air. Daytime weather was 75°-80° weather and we were very comfortable. The only thing is the room desperately needs to be updated. with some kind of decor. Colorado cabin theme would be nice with color on the walls or a red accent wall. Maybe shiplap and modern farmhouse would work. It's very bland and neutral. It could use some art work on the walls and accessories like a rug.

I very much liked that it was right in town with lots of restaurants and shops. We stayed three days and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location and easy to use. Nothing super fancy but exactly what we needed! So close to everything!

The unit was cleaned but dated. The check-in directions were not very clear
Manager response:
We have clarified the check-in instructions and appreciate having this brought to our attention. Thanks!

We came to Copper for the weekend to enjoy the festivities, mountain biking and the Woodward barn. The kids loved it and the condo was just enough for our short get-a-way.

Stayed here for tough mudder, literally steps away from the course and all the activities in the square.
Room had small fridge, microwave, coffee maker (but no coffee, so bring your own).
Was a nice place to stay

This place has two beds, a shower, sink, and small refrigerator which are basic necessities. Aside from that there is not much more. Bring your own coffee grounds and toaster if you plan to have coffee or a bagel. The resort has a jacuzzi downstairs which is nice. We got hot during the night because the thermostat did not seem to register. Thankfully there was a fan we were able to use which helped us cool off.

Location can't be beat. Would be better if owner provided mugs to go with the existing coffee maker, and maybe a couple of plates and forks and knives since a microwave was included.

The views are breathtaking. I was able to watch the full moon rise over the mountains. It is a bit tricky to find, but everything in Copper Village is walkable from the condo's location.

Great location right in the village. Just a typical hotel room setup. Price is right.
