The cottage is located just off of Main street on the east end, so it's very convenient for walking to restaurants and shops. Nice, quiet development with only eight cottages. Clean and comfy with a very nice shower and bedding. Keurig style coffee maker, cereal, milk, OJ and fresh pastries each day were a bonus.
The cabin is nice! For the price for a 19 hour stay for my wife and I to relax, I don’t feel we should have to take the trash out and pre clean the cabin prior to housekeeping arriving after our departure. $400 was not worth it.
This is a great place to stay. Quiet and very comfortable. The room was in excellent condition and the staff was friendly and easy to get along with. The rooms were well kept and I walked away feeling rested and taken care of.
This was a great space and was very private feeling. We loved the hot tub and how close it was to everything. It was a little overpriced for what you get but it was still lovely.
There was a mix-up on the first accommodation. I placed a call and within a few minutes, we had a local agent on the phone. Tiffany was awesome! We cannot thank her enough! She took a really bad start to our anniversary trip and made it really memorable experience. This cottage is nicely spaced, very clean and smells new. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower and a private toilet. Soap, shampoo and lotion are by the sink. There are separate towels for the private Jacuzzi tub on the back patio. There are some dishes and utensils if you need them. This is a single cottage (not a duplex) and the ice machine is right outside. There is a coffee pot with coffee, tea and cocoa. Microwave and mini-fridge. There are several other cottages in the complex but we did not hear any of them. Parking is a bit tight but it is a short walk to the street. The entrance is easy to miss if you are not watching closely. Located right at the beginning/end of Main St. It would be easier to walk down Main than drive and try to find parking.
Great little place that is about 2 blocks from the center of town. The only issues I had here was that the A/C couldn’t keep the room cool as we wanted and the kids ice maker didn’t work at all. Other than that everything was very nice
My husband and I booked this property as a quiet get away and it was beyond perfect! This cottage was immaculate, we loved all the amenities that they provided (especially the pastry)! We will definitely be booking the same property again!
House was great. The community pool was not working and neither was the ice machine. Hot tub was a bonus. Location is key.
Great place to stay. Hadn’t been to Fredricksburg in years. Perfect location on Main Street. Everything is within walking distance. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Nice private hot tub. Great place for a romantic getaway.
The water feature was very relaxing to sit and listen to.Everything was clean and in order. The location is great, you can walk to every thing on Main Street. Did I mention the private hot tub? Very nice!! The daily pastry was to die for. A really nice place to stay. The office staff was very friendly and helpful.
We greatly enjoyed the ambience and privacy of the property. We were a bit skeptical about how private the patio / hot tub would be (and that is a big reason why we booked this property!), but were pleasantly surprised. Everything was clean and in order and tastefully put together. We would certainly stay here next time and perhaps rent one of the back cottages overlooking the woods.
Very romantic, quiet gateway in the middle of Fredericksburg- conveniently located and excellent facilities - can't wait to stay here again.
We loved our anniversary weekend here and will return next year!!!!
Really nice new cottages off the road but close to everything. Great staff at Vacassa too! We will be back!
Stayed here with my wife for two days. Great place and great location. Within walking distance of many places. We would love to return one day.
Loved this place, especially the hot tub, the walking distance to everything, and the luxury!
The cottage was very cozy! The fireplace is great too. Will definitely stay again!
Stacey was very helpful!
Appreciated the privacy in the middle of a very busy city. A little jewel tucked away from the hustle and bustle. LOVED the private hot tub and the fireplace. Great for the chilly evening.
This place was very nice and clean, and well maintained. Easily accessible to all the amenities of the town, within walking distance. My only complaint is the price per night. Otherwise, a great place!
Such a clean peaceful stay. We went during the week and felt like we were the only ones there. Centrally located. We walked everywhere we wanted to go to. Beds were so comfy and CLEAN!! Recommend for romantic getaways. We enjoyed our anniversary!
This is a very special place so if you have a special event coming up, be sure to stay here. You will love it!!
The property is clean, luxurous, safe and quiet.
We recommend this to our friends !
Great place - a very beautiful property!
