Paradise Beach House 28986 Vizcaino Ct., Gold Beach, OR 97444

A relaxing trip to the uncrowded Southern Oregon Coast is just what you need, so why not stay here in this wonderful dog-friendly Gold Beach vacation rental? Perfect for a family or a group of friends, it offers a private hot tub, sweeping oceanfront views, immediate beach access, and plenty of space for up to six guests and the dogs.

A bi-level home in quaint Gold Beach, the location affords quick access to the rugged beach (just step right off the patio and you're on the sand!), as well as shopping, dining, and entertainment one mile north in the heart of town. Spend your days catching up on plenty of rest and relaxation at this impeccable abode, then head into town for a delicious surf-and-turf meal at Spinner’s Seafood Steak & Chop House, or grab a local pint at the Arch Rock Brewery, which are both under a mile north.

A charming space with plush couches, modern conveniences like WiFi and cable-equipped television, and amazing views out of floor-to-ceiling windows, you’ll right away feel at ease in this home away from home. Gather the group for a fun board game, or catch up on a favorite TV show in the spacious living area. Head outside and take a soothing dip in the private hot tub which sits on the patio.

If you’ve come for quick access to the beach, it doesn’t get any better than this! Pour a fine glass of Oregon merlot and head onto the outdoor patio where you’ll be treated to panoramic views of the majestic Southern Oregon Coast in all of its rugged glory.

When it’s time to eat, head into the generous kitchen to whip up fresh Dungeness crab cakes, flavorful tuna steaks, or any other local fare. You won’t be at a loss for anything needed to whip up a fabulous feast; with its modern appliances, granite counters, and variety of cookware, the generous kitchen is well-equipped to handle all of your culinary creations!

And when the meal is ready, share it together at the six-seat dining table, or at the breakfast bar with seating for three, or dine al fresco with invigorating coastal breezes and calming ocean sounds from the outdoor patio. There's even a charcoal grill to prepare burgers!

At the end of eventful day, retire for restful slumber in any of three bedrooms, which, with comfy king-size beds accommodating up to six guests, guarantee a great night’s sleep. Watch a golden sunset from a telescope sitting in one of the bedrooms, enjoy a nightcap on the second floor outdoor balcony, or watch a television show on any of the three flatscreen TVs perched atop high-quality wood dressers in the bedrooms.

Need to freshen up those swim trunks before heading to bed? No problem – a private washer/dryer will have your clothes clean in no time! Need ideas for local adventures? Take out your laptop computer and use the WiFi to do some research.

If you can’t bear the thought of leaving the family dogs at home during your exciting Gold Beach getaway, bring them along! With a nominal daily fee, your dogs can accompany you during your stay.

Wake up well-rested and reinvigorated in the morning, ready for a new day of adventures. There's plenty to do right here in Gold Beach, but if you're in the mood for a fun daytrip, take a scenic drive south on Highway 101 to witness one of Oregon’s most picturesque stretches of coastline, dubbed Oregon's “Banana Belt” for its warmer coastal temperatures than parts north. For 27 miles, drive along dramatic cliffsides and giant monolithic rock formations just off the coast until you reach Brookings, another quaint coastal town worth visiting on the Southern Oregon Coast.

If it’s outdoor adventures you’re looking for, the Southern Oregon Coast has some of the best! Kayak or whitewater raft down the Illinois or Rogue rivers (the Rogue is the closer of the two), hike on boundless trails in the nearby Siskiyou National Forest, or snap postcard-worthy photos at Otter Point State Recreation Area (five miles north).

You could also bone up on local history at the Curry County Historical Museum in town (less than a mile north), or have a day of family-friendly fun at the Prehistoric Gardens (17 miles north).

Uncrowded coastline, charming small-town appeal, and tons of nearby fun-filled activities are calling – answer the call at this pet-friendly Southern Oregon Coast beachfront home. Book it today and start planning an incredible getaway in Gold Beach!

Stayed here for a week with my fiance after our wedding in the Redwood Forrest. It was such a beautiful and scenic place to be. We enjoyed the comfortable and private layout of the house as well as the stunning ocean views.
We didn't want to ever leave!

We couldn't have asked for better proximity to the sea and sand. All bedrooms and living/dining area have views of the ocean. Falling asleep to the sound of the sea was divine. Kitchen well-equipped for making meals. And hot tub was already at 104 when we arrived our first night! A great stay, thank you.

We loved this beach house! Nice private hot tub. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. Fantastic ocean views. We even saw a baby seal (leave the seals alone if they are on the beach). We also saw a whale farther out.

We loved this house, the location was great. The weather was not the best so we stayed in most of the time. The view is amazing. The house is a pet friendly house so there are some stains in the carpet. The kitchen had all the basics. At the time of our stay the fireplace was broken so we lost the heat source for the living area - was chilly.

Upon arrival our home looked nice and beautiful the view was amazing we were right on the ocean. When we were actually settling in for the night and looking around the actual home we noticed that there was not a good job done on the cleaning, my three-year-old found two open bottles of soda she almost drinked!that were left on the nightstand along with some other trash and wrappers, that was pretty annoying then we decided to relax on the couch and watch some TV which again was covered in crumbs and trash between the seat cushions. The worst part was we had arrived late so we were tired went to settle in bed and had a terrible night sleep because the pillows were nonexistent, the sheets were terrible! They were so old and Pelee it was hard to sleep. The other rooms sheets look like they had been clawed at by a dog or something they had a bunch of scratches and rips through them. Called vacasa and complained about sheets and pillows and cleaning they were super nice and sent over a house cleaner to bring us new sheets which she did, but the sheets needed to be washed ): so instead of receiving clean sheets ready to go I had to do laundry on my vacation . But if you can overlook these problems, the house is on a beautiful location it's so wonderful to hear the ocean at night and there is a beautiful patio upstairs you can overlook the ocean the river look at the sea lion swimming by. Once we took care of the hiccups we had a very nice relaxing time (: is some of the concerns were taking care of we would definitely come back again .

Vacasa was great to work with. They followed through just as they had said they would with information and check-in instruction. The house was clean, well stocked and decorated nicely. Although the storm (Oct. 14th) changed most of our plans for the trip, we had a wonderful time. Perfect view of the ocean and a quiet beach right outside our door made storm watching spectacular. Had one glitch (sleep accommodations not what they specified on the website) that Vacasa could not remedy while we were there but they responded quickly when I notified them.

The wireless internet needs a password, it was no where to be found, the staff offered to come reset the router but the router was fine, but you need to be sure they give you the password. Parking is not good. I drive a Lexus rx350 that barely fit lengthwise in the garage but the driveway was too short to park on. There is really no on street parking for the house as the street is very narrow and a car parked on the road would block the street completely. Once in the garage there is no remote control to lower the door so you have to park then go thru the front door to get back to the wall mounted door control. Not convenient if you are traveling alone. There were no hot tub instructions available to renters and that's a problem if you are not familiar wit tubs. I know it's the beach but the winds need a washing so you can enjoy that view.
