Centrally located, the Meadows Golf Course's 12th fairway is right nearby and a walk of less than a mile puts you in the heart of Sunriver. Day trips to Bend and Mt. Bachelor, 18 and 21 miles away respectively, are easy (particularly with the convenient and cheap shuttle service Sunriver offers). Spend the day splashing at the SHARC facility.

The whole clan is guaranteed to love this home. Inside, sunlight fills the living areas from the plentiful windows, illuminating a gentle color scheme and hardwood floors. With a wood-burning fireplace and comfortable couches, the living room is wonderful for entertaining or spending quality time with your group. On nice days, head outside to the expansive deck to enjoy the view or bask in the warmth of the hot tub.

A game room downstairs offers hours of entertainment, with a pool table, Xbox, and flat screen TV with cable and Blu-ray. There's also Ping-Pong and foosball, as well as several bikes so that you can make use of the resorts paved trails. If you want to post pictures of your trip, log onto the WiFi.

Not only is the deck a wonderful place to get some fresh air, it also has a private hot tub! Have a soak after dinner to get out any aches from biking or skiing.

With gorgeous granite countertops and updated stainless steel appliances, the kitchen is a chef's dream. Relish the luxury of the easy-navigable floorplan and extra prep space from the kitchen island as you prepare something a bit ambitious. Alternately, choose a nice afternoon and have a barbecue outside on the gas grill. Between the sophisticated dining room inside and the patio furniture outside, you can enjoy your meal in beauty and comfort.

Four bedrooms provide space for up to 12 lucky guests. An extended family or families vacationing together will especially love this home. Downstairs, a master bedroom with two large closets has an entrance to the outdoors. A second master upstairs has another king bed, a newly remodeled en suite bathroom, and glass doors leading to the deck. The kids' room has a twin-over-double bunk bed, while the last bedroom has a plush queen bed. You'll also have a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

This home has three-and-a-half bathrooms and a private washer and dryer keeps your things tidy.

Sunriver amenities will keep you busy and entertained. Play golf on one of two championship courses or check out the Sage Springs Club and Spa. If you're inclined to visit Mt. Bachelor for skiing, a reasonably-priced shuttle eliminates the hassle of driving.

Beloved tourist city Bend is only 18 miles away. Gaze upon the idyllic Mirror Pond, then visit an art gallery to appreciate the work of local artists. Watch a show at the Tower Theatre, or listen to jazz at the swanky Oxford Hotel. Make sure to check the schedule for the Les Schwab Amphitheater, which hosts world-famous musicians on a regular basis.
