You can't visit Sunriver and not spend a day at the fantastic SHARC (Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center), for which you'll have free passes. Younger kids can frolic in the tot pool or sand area, while the others zoom down the water slides and float in the lazy river. If you're feeling like a game, play some volleyball or bocce ball, then take the edge off your appetite at the Riptide Cafe. Sunriver's shops and restaurants are just three miles to the south, near the many aquatic delights of SHARC. It's also easy to get around with 40 miles of paved bike trails to traverse.
