Can't beat the location of this place, the Super Bee lift and JJs is right out the building door. Kitchen utensils leave a lot to be desired. Everything was pretty basic and just cozy enough. A few coat racks and sprucing up of the furniture/layout would do this place wonders, but we enjoyed our stay and you can't beat the location.
Hi, Shauna! We are so glad the location of this rental worked well for you. We will be replacing any missing kitchen utensils and share your other suggestions for improvement with the owner. Your feedback is greatly appreciated!

Great location wish it had an AC tho. Was pretty warm in the summer. Would be a great spot for skiing tho

True ski in ski out experience. You cannot beat the location being right next to jj’s bar and Christie’s rentals in east village. You get 20% off at Christie’s rentals for staying in snowflake condos. Loved that it was dog friendly and we could check on him in between runs. Overall an amazing place! Loved the big glass windows that look out over the mountains. Really beautiful and relaxing. This place was amazing!

Time spend between working and playing here and this condo was great for both! Perfect for one or two people.

My wife and I stayed here for our first trip to Copper. We really loved the layout, it really takes advantage of the small space to where we didn't feel cramped whatsoever. The location was great as well. It was a very short 2 min walk to the shuttle to center village where we went to pick up our h.p. rentals at Camp Hale.

Very clean. Modern/updated. Has a nice kitchen and bath. Very small. Perfect for 1, maybe 2 at the most, that just need a place to sleep and have breakfast. Parking spot is not under the roof - it's in the garage area but open to the outdoors, which should be a consideration if you stay in the winter. The app did not have the garage and door codes so I had to call Vacasa. The customer service rep was very friendly and got me in, but I felt I should have had that information available either in an email or in the phone app.

The room was very nice and clean. Comfortable, quaint and well equipped with everything you might need. The updated kitchen and bathroom were very nice and the shower was great. The best thing about this stay was the view through the floor to ceiling windows and the changing fall colors were mesmerizing.

This condo has wonderful views. Although small, with all the windows, it felt open and bright. Condo is very clean and was like walking into an upscale hotel room but only better because it has a full kitchen where after a full day, we enjoyed cooking and relaxing.

Small but very neat, clean, and modern. It rained in the evening so I spent some time admiring the views from inside (5th floor). The views are facing the highway (not the slopes) and other condos but the mountains are spectacular. East Village, lift, a couple of restaurants, and golf course are right outside the door of the building.

I really enjoyed my stay this week in the condo. It was only me so it was the perfect size for 1. The view was a great stress relief to look out at the end of the day.

Love the bus system. Room was clean and nice view.

It was a great place to stay! It is small, but nice. I would stay there again!

We loved our cosy stay here. The location is FANTASTIC 50 m to the lift and shuttles and J Js tavern across road.
It is small but efficient. We found the hot water took a while to get going. The laundry facilities are downstairs.
Good kitchen and bathroom. Great view. Ski lockers.
Overall a fab stay in east village!

Loved the views and the big windows! Walk right out the door to JJs and the Super Bee lift. Missed having an outside hot tub for after the long ski days. Perfect place for 2 people and a dog!

While this unit is nicely appointed w/ updated countertops & a nice bathroom, however, the space is so tight I had trouble getting a rolling cooler to the refrigerator w/o bumping into furniture. There is no place to really relax after a day of skiing. There is a very small sofa (more of a love seat) that backs up to a wall of windows. Not a good unit for someone claustrophobic or w/ a fear of heights as this unit is on the 5th floor and the couch backs up to a wall of windows. In addition, the winds were very strong when we were there and blew open a window that I had to jimmy a stick up to for it to stay closed. I've been in larger hotel rooms.

Clean and adequate. Wish we had a view of the slopes

Perfect for two people. Plenty of storage and comfortable bed. Easy access to slopes or hiking.

Great location, the place is small but the right size for a quick getaway. No more than 2 adults to be comfortable. We had a baby there and were able to setup his pack and play. Only downside was the bed, not that comfortable, it was either the material of the sheets or maybe the detergent they used to clean them but we ended up a little itchy through the night.

Love this small abode. Dishwasher worked great! Shampoo, conditioner, and soap was nice. Used the fan and humidifier - so happy they were there. Will definitely stay there when we return. The light over the cook stove didn't work, but didn't hinder us. Dishes , silverware and cooking pans were in great condition.

We stayed here for just a couple of nights in July of 2017. Overall, the place was convenient and we enjoyed relaxing there at night. We also really enjoyed the surrounding view. The few complaints that we have are just the poor lighting in the bathroom, poor air circulation (just one small window) and just the cramped and tight spaces. It works great if you're just looking for a place to crash and relax though!

We came up to do a tough mudder event and Hike. We had a clean room. and a great stay. We had a broken cooffe pot which was replaced with one phone call.

We stayed for a summer wedding and we were very pleased! Up to date, cozy, everything we needed. Very easy to fnd, check in and use! Right next to a restaurant and a quick walk to the center of Copper! Definitely would stay again!

I stayed at this efficiency condo with my dog during off season and used it as a "base" to go hiking. The unit itself was nice and well appointed for my needs. As it was off season, it was very quiet, which I enjoyed.
The resort is centrally located from a hiking, and I would imagine skiing, standpoint. Frisco is 15 minutes away, and Vail, Breckinridge and Keystone are all about 30 minutes or so away, so lots of hiking trials, and ski slopes, less than an hour away.
I may have missed it in the various descriptions of the condo, but the clothes washers and dryers are coin operated ($1.75 and $1.50 per load, respectively). That was not a problem, I just was not prepared for it before arrival. This did not take away at all from my experience. Just something that I think future guests may want to know.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The place was the perfect size for 2 people and in an excellent location near the Super Bee lift. It was definitely "ski in" - we skied right back to the building after our time on the slopes. Though not "ski out" it was a 5 minute easy walk to the lift.
The unit was clean, attractive and modern.
They just need to add a hot tub on site and it would be perfect!

Great location - need some basic stuff - (mugs, light bulbs)

Condo was a little smaller than we expected, but was adequate for 2 people and a dog. Location was great. One couldn't get any closer to the Super Bee lift.

The condo we stayed in was a perfect space for a couple! Clean, well stocked and a gorgeous view!

Rebecca S.Jul 2016
The Chateau JoJo met our needs. It was recently remodeled and the common areas were being remodeled during our stay. The elevator is a little clunky, but it was functional. I took the stairs as often as possible.
The unit itself was nice, except for the oversized bedroom furniture that we almost had to climb over to get to the kitchen and sitting room--there's enough storage area that hopefully they opt for an attractive built-in over the large wood dresser that blocked the hallway.
The location was good--it's the east village of Copper Mountain, right next to the golf course but about a mile from the main village.
The description notes a shared hot tub and sauna. It doesn't mention that these facilities are in the municipal fitness center which is a half mile walk from the unit. We thought these facilities were in the building, or perhaps in the building next door.
This unit is very appropriate for two people--more than that might be too many. We did appreciate being able to have our dog with us.
One note of concern that only applies on the rare hot summer days--the unit faces west (with a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows). If you forget to close the blinds in the afternoon, the unit heats up and there is no means to cool it down--no AC, no fan. If you keep the blinds closed in the afternoon, once the sun has gone down, you can open the one window and the unit should cool down. Not a concern except for those rare, hot summer days...

Cozy but great location. A/C would have helped during our stay.
Overall great stay.

Perfect price, perfect size for 2 people and a dog.
