Not far from the main hub of Sunriver, you'll find this area perfect for spending quiet mornings or evenings at home with the group and afternoons packed with nearby activities. The incredible SHARC (10 passes included) is only half a mile away, as is Fort Rock Park! There's something close by to pique everyone's interest.

No excess frills needed at this welcoming vacation home. This open floorplan is perfectly decorated and bright with natural light to ensure you feel right at home.

Settle into the sofa and armchairs in the living room to spend a relaxing evening watching a movie on the flat screen TV, warming yourself by the fire, and playing board games on the floor. The kids can head upstairs to the loft to watch movies using the Blu-ray DVD player, play on the Play Station, and plink away some tunes on the keyboard, or take the fun out to the garage to play a game of Ping-Pong and darts.

Just across from the living room is a full kitchen ready for delicious meals to be whipped up. You're surrounded by ample storage in the cabinets, major appliances, and a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and more. Anything from a bowl of popcorn to holiday meals are easily put together. And the adjacent dining table for eight makes sit-down meals a must. Breakfasts are easily enjoyed up at the hightop bar as well.

After dinner, head outside to soak up the last few rays of sunlight, explore the surrounding area, and soak in the hot tub.

A laundry room, half-bath, and one of the four bedrooms is set on the main floor, great for those who don't want to use the stairs. A king-size bed occupies the master suite and features an en suite bathroom and access to a private deck.

Off the loft upstairs are three bedrooms, two with queen-size beds and one with two twin beds. The upstairs master has a full bathroom attached and there is a full hallway bathroom for convenience as well. All eight lucky travelers will rest well each night among the various beds.

Enjoy the great outdoors all year long in beautiful Sunriver. Summers are packed with fishing on the Deschutes River, horseback riding, teeing off at Meadows Golf Course, hiking miles of National Forest trails, playing at the nearby public park, and splashing in the pools at SHARC. A lazy river, multiple pools, water slides, a splash pad, and more cover the two acres of fun awaiting your group at SHARC. Nearby Fort Rock Park has play fields, a playground, basketball courts, pickleball, and tennis courts. The house also has easy access to bike trails and lots of open space in back to run around.

When the weather turns, take the group indoors to the pools and recreation activities. Grab your skis and snowboards and drive the 20 miles to Mt. Bachelor for a day (or more!) zipping down the snow covered slopes. And don't miss out on a visit to Sunriver Village, just a short distance away. Shop, dine, and take the kids for a ride on the miniature train.
