Ski-in/ski-out Sunrise townhome w/ shared pool & hot tub for year-round retreats

Enjoy ski-in/ski-out access to the trails and lifts of Sunrise Mountain at this three-bedroom Killington townhouse, where you'll have a private deck and beautiful mountain views.

Nestled on the slopes of Sunrise, this bright and airy property is just steps from the beginner-level Sundog Trail. Glide easily down the mountain to reach the base of the Sunrise Village Triple Chairlift, or walk one mile along the road to try out the Bear Mountain and Skye Peak Express Quad Chairs.

Perfectly situated for skiers, snowboarders, snowshoers, hikers, and families, this townhome offers direct access to winter slopes, dense forests, and the gorgeous fall foliage that Vermont is known for.

With an open layout, lofty ceilings, and large windows that let in the sunshine, the interior living space feels large and welcoming. Your guests will feel right at home as they pile on the sectional sofa, cuddle by the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace, or pop in a DVD to watch on the Smart TV.

Fuel up for a day of winter snow sports in the full kitchen, where you'll find a gas range, a dishwasher, and plentiful cabinet and counter space. Grab a quick morning bite at one of the two bar stools, or catch up with your friends and family over breakfast at the dining room table for six. Simply snap on your skis and hit the slopes each morning, or strap on your snowshoes for a quiet walk through the woods.

And when the sun is out or the leaves are changing, step outside on the comfortable back deck to take in the surrounding mountain and forest views.

With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this townhouse can sleep a maximum of nine guests. Head upstairs to find a master suite with a king-size bed, as well as a guest room with a double bed and twin bed. The main level bedroom offers two more twin beds, while the living room features a sleeper sofa.

Additional amenities include WiFi and a private washer and dryer, ensuring that you and your guests are always comfortable and connected.

Thanks to its marvelous location on one of the six peaks of Killington, this townhome is ideally suited for all lovers of the outdoors. Summer guests can take a scenic hike along 30 miles of trails in Gifford Woods State Park, tee off on Killington's championship golf course, or admire the waterfall view on the nearby Thundering Brook Falls Trail.

Come wintertime, spend your days practicing new tricks in the resort's six terrain parks, ascending Killington's peaks on 22 different chair lifts, or developing your skills on 73 miles of skiing and snowboarding trails.

Your Vermont vacation begins today - book this wonderful Killington home for a mountain vacation you'll never forget!

Spacious and nice place

House was in a great location and as advertised. 4 minute drive to Bear mountain and 10 mins to Skyship gondola. If whole mountain is open, you can ski right in and out but unfortunately it wasn’t during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed and all bedrooms were nicely maintained. Check in and out were smooth and easy. Wood shed has plenty of firewood, would recommend bringing kindling and paper to help start fire if you wish. Overall, house was great for our group of 9 and slept all comfortably.

Loved the ski on/off. You could get to the entire mountain from the condo. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Beds were comfortable. We where there for the Super Bowl, so would have liked a bigger flat screen in the main living area, but it was ok. We would return.

Location to ski trail a few steps away. Nice, roomy accommodations. Plenty of room for all and a nice layout. Only issue was it took 2 days to warm this condo up.

Clean, easy, convenient. Ski to the door. ski back to the lift. Very happy with our experience

East Glade Road Unit D is right on the slopes. You just walk out the door and 50 feet away you are on the Sun Dog trail. So nice to come back "home" for lunch and maybe a short nap before getting back on the slopes again.
It is comfortable and well kept. Perfect layout for 3 couples or family with kids.
Wifi and TV worked well. We really enjoyed ourselves and are looking forward to come back next year.

Very happy with our experience. The property is clean and very cozy. Very roomy, the property will definitely fit at least 6 or 7 comfortably. The ski in ski out feature is the best in our opinion. We were able to complete all Killington’s trails right from the house and back. Sunrise cafe was also a great place to eat.

Great Condo with clean up to date bedrooms, bathrooms (very nice) and a high ceiling nice family room with fireplace (firewood is free) and ample kitchen area and dining area. Everybody loved the closeness to the ski trail. We all went back for lunches in the condo.

We liked it all except the fact that Bear Mountain lifts were closed and we had to drive to slopes.
