Situated on a small hill toward the south end of Lincoln City and in Sandstone Point, a hotel-style property, this opulent vacation condo is conveniently located right on the coast for effortless access to the sand and water, just three blocks away. Right across the street is the cinema, and within a couple miles are all the other businesses in town.

This listing includes the middle floor of a larger, three-level building. This section is completely private and fully equipped for the ultimate vacation, though if you're traveling with a larger group, please call and ask about renting the other levels in this building - if you rent them all together, the three floors can sleep a total of 40 guests!

This gorgeous, open-concept vacation condo has a fresh, expansive interior with its light walls, new dark wood floors, and plentiful windows to let in lots of natural light. Lounge on the generous seating provided by sturdy leather furnishings in front of a fire and have a group movie night with the flatscreen cable TV, or surf the Internet to plan your next day's activities with the available WiFi. Mingle and catch up over cocktails, and wander out onto the deck and take in stunning Pacific Ocean views.

The dining area is situated in front of bay windows providing views of the sea, and features an attractive wood table and upholstered chairs with an eye-catching red and tan print.

The kitchen boasts beautiful dark wood cabinets and all new stainless appliances, including a dishwasher, and offers everything you need to prepare food and clean up with ease. Brew your favorite java in the coffee maker while you whip up gourmet waffles with the mixer and waffle iron provided in this home.

This lovely five-bedroom, three-bath condo accommodates up to 14 guests, including your favorite canines, for a nightly pet fee. You and your guests will sleep in comfort, with several sleeping spaces to choose from. Two of the bedrooms each contain a king-size bed, two more rooms each have a queen bed, and the final bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. There's also a sofabed available for additional sleeping space. And with the three full baths and private washer and dryer, your large group will have all the room and convenience you need for a comfortable stay.

When you want to get out and experience the beauty of your surroundings, take a repose on the grassy area accessible through the courtyard just north of this condo, then continue on for a short three-block walk to the beach, which boasts both sand and rocky areas. Spend some time beachcombing, or pause and breathe in the sea-salt air.

If you visit between October and May, keep an eye out for handmade glass floats surreptitiously hidden by city workers along the seven-mile stretch of coast, and if you find one, take it home as a keepsake! Go tidepooling, crabbing, or clamming, and if you're really adventurous, try your hand at surfing the waves at the Nelscott neighborhood or taking a sailing excursion on Devils Lake.

Drive to Cascade Head, just north of Lincoln City, and make a day of hiking or biking the many beautiful seaside trails of all lengths and levels of difficulty. Head back to town to enjoy a multitude of options for casual and fine dining, and see how lucky you are at Chinook Winds Casino Resort. If your visit happens at the end of June or early July, take in the Siletz Music Festival or the Cascade Head Music Festival. Fit in a short road trip along Highway 101 and explore other nearby coastal towns, like Newport or Pacific City.

Nice, larger condo with plenty of room for all! Great family vacationing and meeting spot with decently large kitchen and living room area. Nice, updated bathrooms (3). Updated appliances and washer and dryer makes doing laundry easier during your stay. Definitely would go back. Beautiful view from the deck overlooks sunset over the ocean!

view was spectacular. we were close enough to beach to walk there a couple of times a day. Rooms were roomy and plenty of bedding and soap etc. Could use a little freshening up was very dog smelly when I got there but opened doors and windows and aired it out and it was ok.

My extended family of 25 just had a family reunion in this property and the floor below it (Whale Upper and Whale Main). It was really difficult to find a house that accommodated my family, but this one fit the bill nicely. The rooms are various sizes and include different size beds so families can stay in one room really easily. Lincoln City is a great location on the Oregon Coast because of it's central location. It's easy to go up north to Tillamook, south to the sand dunes, and east for the wine! There was plenty to do for all ages, including going to the beach. It is only a few hundred feet away from the house, but it's a fairly steep walk down. Other than that, the house is clean, the kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfy, and the view is absolutely outstanding.

Awesome place to stay and relax.

The power went out in our first condo that we had reserved. I called the number in my email, and within ten minutes they had it turned back on. In order to avoid any other issues during our stay, they upgraded us to a much larger condo that was beautiful and clean with a magnificent view for no extra charge. As a property manager myself, I was very impressed with their efficient customer service skills. This was the second time I have used Vacasa, and will continue to choose them for my out of town stays!

The view from the unit was wonderful. From the balcony, or from several windows, we had great views of the ocean. The unit was clean, and we really enjoyed ourselves.
The floors are somewhat thin, so you can hear the people above you if they are walking around. Also, you may have to bring your own blow-dryer as this unit didn't have a single one.
