Sleeping up to six guests, this lovely Groveland vacation rental includes all the comforts of home and is perfectly located to offer community amenities like a lake and seasonal swimming pool. Plus, Yosemite National Park is only 25 miles away and Dodge Ridge Ski Resort is only 56 miles away.

Located in the Pine Mountain Lake community just outside quiet and historic Groveland, this is a great destination for your family vacation or friend getaway. Enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, horseback riding, kayaking and swimming in the Pine Mountain Lake, and playing golf. Though motorized boats are not allowed and guests may not bring their own watercraft, the marina has a variety of rentals available!

Surrounded by lush green grass and tall trees, this house feels cozy and welcoming. The interior is a no-frills space that ensures you feel right at home and can truly relax.

After a day hiking in Yosemite, kick your feet up in the living room in front of the brick-framed fireplace. Flip a movie on the TV, which has a DVD/VCR player included, as well as a stockpile of movies to choose from.

Tile countertops, major appliances, and great add-ons like a coffeemaker, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster - as well as a nearby grill - make whipping up meals for the whole crew a breeze. A dining room table for six is adjacent to the kitchen, and there is also a nice patio table set on the back deck for dining al fresco.

Come nightfall, rinse off in one of the two full bathrooms before retreating to a lovely bedroom for a good night's rest. Up to six guests can sleep comfortably here among the three bedrooms. Queen-size beds are found in two rooms, and the last has two twin-size beds. A washer and dryer are also included for your convenience!

With walking trails, a sparkling seasonal pool, and even tennis courts, there's no doubt the Pine Mountain Lake community can keep everyone busy, but don't miss out on checking out charming Groveland in between days in Yosemite as well! Visit the railroad museum, shop for souvenirs, and dine at historical saloons.

Stunning Yosemite National Park is home to numerous trails for all abilities so the entire family can join. Take a leisurely half-mile stroll to the Lower Yosemite Falls, the largest waterfall in America, or take it a step further and hike to the top for a breath-taking experience. Hiking Half-Dome is a great workout for those who are more experienced, or you could take the whole family through Tunnel Tree and past the oldest sequoia tree on some of the family-friendly hikes. More outdoor activities include water sports in the summer and snowboarding and skiing in the winter. And indoor fun can be had at Black Oak Casino, 29 miles north.

Book this casual Northern California home and have peace of mind knowing you'll have everything you need to create the perfect family or friend getaway.

This house is located in a guarded mountain resort with a beautiful mountain lake. It is very big and equipped with everything needed. The peace was overwhelming. Any time.

The Villa is very well appointed, clean and well equipped.
It sits in a beautiful location and fits in well with its surroundings.
Such a pity we only booked it for 2 nights. If ever in California again we would most certainly return to the villa. Superb stay !!!!!

We enjoyed the house with all of the windows and views. The house had everything a home away from home should have.

We had deer, rabbit and turkey when we ate on deck whether morning, noon or evening. House was very comfortable, clean and well outfitted.

Loved how clean and peaceful the house is. Enjoyed the wildlife - deer, turkeys, squirrels and rabbits. Pictures very representative. Kitchen was stocked with spices, pots and pans; laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. The local grocery store is amazingly well stocked! Wish we had time to explore the town!

The house was very comfortable and close to the lodge and marina for beach activities.

Home was clean and orderly. It had everything that we needed. We had fires every night with the plentiful wood pile provided. Other than a bit of difficulty finding the water heater to make adjustments, everything was fine.

Property was more that what I expected, great place to disconnect from the everyday routine , the only thing was we were doing some hiking at Yosemite and it was a little far to be driving every day, next time I will plan to stay on the property and discover some of the hikes around the area and enjoy the lake. I will highly recommended these property!

Loved our stay...that's why we've come back 3+ years in a row...

Though the appliances were old, they were all functional and have an antique feel to them. Awesome furniture and Movie collection. Thanks for sharing the movies.

Groveland is a quaint little town, but located was a bit far from Yosemite Valley. IF the purpose for staying is Yosemite, there will be a lot of time driving each way (45-hour each way from the park entrance. The house and lake community is great. Would be nice to have lawn chairs to take to for the shared community beach. Full kitchen with all the basic needs included. I would recommend this property to friends.

Nice house and amenities. TV's are old and small by today's standards, but you shouldn't be watching much TV when you're here. Groveland is a nice town, but located pretty far from Yosemite Valley. IF that is your purpose for staying here (which mine was), its a lot of time driving each way. Its not horrible, but inconvenient. Otherwise, house and lake community is great. Full kitchen with all the basic needs included.

The house was immaculate and very well appointed for guests to enjoy their stay.
