The Condo was very spacious and great for the family to spread out. The entertainment room was very large, a great area to relax, and quiet if you need to do work. (Just no TV ) This room also has a great view of the mountains. Also the vaulted ceilings in the family room make the room feel large and comfortable. The only down side is that there's only one TV in the family room and a couple of my family members complained about the beds not being very comfortable. I would still recommend staying at this unit as it's also priced reasonably.

Let's start with positive we will see who will really read this all the way to the end. Couple of positive things I can say there're lots of fluffy white towels, and unit is located in a very nice neighborhood. But that's were the positive the Unit is not pretrade honestly what do you see what you get don't coincide. For starters unit is entirely upstairs as you walk you must climb stairs to get into living quarters. The first sent me were struck by was how dark it was an inside and the condition of the carpet. The carpet is shag kind of dirty brown color and it wasn't such deplorable conditions that is the dog word to do something on it it probably wouldn't even show. Pretty bad. We had trouble connecting to the Internet and have to call Vacasa for assistance. They were helpful and we got it started. We noticed that the hood light over the stove as well as the fan we're not working. In addition there were lightbulbs or lights that were burned out. Sitting sitting area or balcony that overlooks The golf course was very small. At one point is only maybe 3 feet wide. It rained the night before and the cushions on the chairs that are outside were wet and dirty. I don't have allergies. I never have, but I found that each time I was inside the house my nose is running and I would become congested. I finally came to realize that it was the large amount of dust and perhaps dust mites in the house that were causing me and my husband to have stuffy noses. The moment we were outside it went away and we were fine. Sleeping at night was miserable I came to realize that the reason I was so choked up probably have a hard time breathing was because of the dust and dust mites in the sheets. I washed a load of sheet in hot water, And lo and behold I slept well without being stuffed up. The place really needs a good cleaning.TV was a huge disappointment. You could probably get a better channel lineup with an old fashioned TV antenna up on the roof . Even basic channels like the Discovery Channel were unavailable. Recording could not be done. You could not prerecord anything. There is only one TV in the house and that is in living room area. There are no televisions in the bedrooms. The house has a very strange layout there's a long narrow hallway and you think recreation like room at the very back. It's a large room with couches there's a dartboard in that room along with gadget to practice putting golf balls but we never went back there. Although it is stated on one of the inside cover's that's the CC&Rs do not want landlords to have tenants park out on the street, the only parking available is on the street. When the gardeners come, and they come in hoards with trimmers and blowers at a time, if your car is parked along the curb it gets covered in grass or in our case scratched. Not good! Having to park out front walk the long walkway and then carry everything upstairs is cumbersome. I wouldn't recommend this home . I have dictated this because I want to get my thoughts out and just returning home from being away, I have a lot of other important things I need to get done. Spending time writing a review was not something I care to take the time to do, but I feel it's important for others thinking of renting this unit to find out what they're getting into. It's fine if it's you need just a place to this sleep. It has three bedrooms a couple bathrooms but if you are like us and enjoy maybe a glass of wine out on the balcony or are spending a lot of time in the unit you've rented this is not the place for you.
At the very least, it needs a good thorough cleaning. Oh! One more positive thing; the pool across the street was delightful.

We visited this area as a part of our trip to Palm Springs and Joshua Tree National park. Although a bit far from Palm Springs, this was a perfect place for families with kids to unwind the day and spend quality time together.

This condo was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. The sofa and flat screen tv were nice but the lack of televisions in other rooms was disappointing. The mattresses need to be upgraded as well as the lighting throughout. Lovely area.

We really enjoyed staying at PGA West and in this condominium. Plenty of room, clean, and a nice view of the golf course. Our dog loved the area and we did too! We'll be back.
