Views over Pioneer square are great. Completely stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, tv with every channel imaginable. Free WiF. Easy parking. Sparkling clean. Better than any hotel option. Ideal place to scout our all PORTLAND offers. Download Parking kitty and Lime APs for fun transportation.
very clean and had everything that we needed.
Loved darn near everything. Location, convenience, floor to ceiling windows, fully equipped kitchen. Parking just an elevator ride away. Wish I had more time to spend here.
This one bedroom apartment with sofa bed was perfect for 2-3 people to stay for a few days. Great views from the 12th floor. Only a block from the MAX and streetcar. Easy to walk to the Pearl and to the river. My only complaint is that we only were given one key and fob.
I loved this place so much. The location of this apartment was perfect: Transportation were nearby, also was a convenient place to go shopping, restaurants, and supermarkets by walk.
The room was clean, and room facilities were very good: everything is there so that you can stay as in your place. A view from the room was very nice. I stayed comfortably. Also residents were very kind to me. I strongly would like to stay this apartment next time if I possible.
The location of this apartment was the best. Stations, TRI MET and Streetcar, were nearby. It was a convenient place to go shopping, restaurants, and supermarkets.
The room was clean, and room facilities were perfect. A view from the room was very beautiful.
My husband and I stayed comfortably. Also residents were very kind to us. If possible, we would like to stay this apartment next time.
Ideal downtown location. Clean, well appointed, wonderful view.
Place was amazing, organized and nice. Great views. Had no issues with the place.
Worked great for a quick work trip to Portland. Clean, comfortable, nice view, and an easy check in/out process.
Great views. Comfortable bed. Nice kitchen. I haven't figured out the TV remotes yet, but I'm hoping to on a future stay.
Super modern, clean, and practical,.
Could’ve used a second duvet for the sofa bed, otherwise the place was perfect. Public transportation right out front.
The building is nice and it was not difficult to get into the apartment. The location is also convenient, near Portland State and numerous food trucks. There were four of us so we used the pullout. It is not very comfortable and there were sheets but no other bedding. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.
We had such an amazing experience staying here. It really helped being able to feel like home and be able to cook some meals when traveling with a little one. Will definitely stay again!
The views and location were amazing, we couldn't have been better situated in downtown Portland!!! Our condo was right next to Nordstrom's and local shops and just a few blocks from great restaurants, food cart row, and the infamous Powell Books.
The building was exceptionally secure. We arrived late at night and it was nice that there was a security guard in the lobby to assist us with parking and retrieving our fob. We found the parking in the building to be the best option at $20 per day.
The unit was stylish and spacious. The unit had updated appliances, including dishwasher and stackable washer/dryer. We were offered 3 pods for laundry, dish soap and sample size shampoo. The unit was well stocked with all necessary cooking items, and the towels were fluffy. There is even a bike rack in the unit. These amenities were not taken for granted and very much appreciated.
I would give our stay 5 stars, except we found some of the furniture uncomfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was perfect, however the pull out couch was a bit uncomfortable and without ample bedding--extra blankets and firm, fluffy pillows would have added much needed comfort for our two young adult daughters. Also, the dining area seating was of a wooden bench style without backs--some cushions would make eating more comfortable.
Overall, I would highly recommend this property. The location was perfect, the views spectacular. You won’t need to show up with anything, as starter supplies are provided. The property manager is very attentive, so if you need anything for your stay, he will call you back personally.
We loved the views from this unit. The building is wonderful and has a small gym on the third floor of which on one tells you about until you are ready to leave. They had only one wine glass in the kitchen but there were 4 of us. One tiny shampoo bottle and one tiny conditioner for two of us for 3 days !!! Better bring your own. Also bring your own toilet paper since they only provide one roll and its a cheap one ply variety. No information or directions on how to use the remote and television. They only provide one (1) key to the unit which also operates the elevator security, so if you go to different meetings you cannot get back into the unit or the elevator unless you are both there at the same time !!!. This is a condo in the heart of Portland and has a great location , but there is no one on site to help you with anything....directions, a plumbing problem, you are locked out, etc...… The unit is on the 12th floor of a high rise and faces east which has the sun pouring in early in the morning. No sleeping in here. There is free internet within the unit. The furnishing are a cross between garage sale chic and Ikea cheap. Bare minimum in quality and numbers. Dining table is huge picnic table that seats 10 which takes up 1/2 of the living room. Why so big a table for a tiny one bedroom? Picture shows a coffee table in the living room but that is long gone. The picture of the view is very accurate and wonderful. No ice maker in the refrigerator so you got to make you own when you arrive. There is a Target two blocks away so easy to get beer, wine, chips, cereal, coffee or tea, etc...… Also a couple of wine stores in the neighborhood if you want to try the wonderful Oregon Pinot wines. I rented the unit on Airbnb but it is managed by Vacasa out of Miami so there is no help with directions, no help if there is a plumbing problem or you lose your keys or how to use the remote for the TV or storing your luggage if you arrive early or for any personal needs. You rent the condo and that is it. No more no less. I loved the view and location of the unit but I would not rent it again. There are too many other choices (even in the same building) that will provide you with a better experience than what this unit provides.
We do state in the check-in instructions that guests can request additional keys upon request. We apologize if our guests missed this information. We provide additional rolls of toilet paper which are located under the sink and we even had extra soap, shampoo, conditioner in the drawer we could have directed these guests to had we been contacted. We could have also directed them to the shades for blocking out the sun. We hope to have another to chance to impress!
I loved this corner unit! Great view looking west and over Pioneer square. Really nice light!
I loved being right in the thick of great restaurants and easy to walk to locations- we walked miles along the water front and into the city. Easy access to a Target across the street and a liquore store about 2 blocks away. Great places to eat- Great view of city from condo and had everything we needed for the stay, except for food/drink.
Amazing location, beautiful condo, gorgeous modern design and completely spotless. Love this property and would definitely stay here again.
The condo seemed spacious. It was bright and clean and very comfortable. Several of my friends and I flew in from SF to attend our other friend’s wedding. My place (this condo) was by far the best place anyone of us got (including the wedding couple). I will definitely return.
Perfect place to stay for a few days. Convenient to public transportation and lots of sights.
Our experience was amazing. Such a private, secure, and clean condo. Loved our views! And my favorite, was that it was close to almost everything. We forgot a necklace after we left, but staff (Keith) was able to contact housekeeping right away and mail it to us at a timely fashion. We will definitely be returning. Thank you!
Superior apartment in the center of town with great city view...and affordable!
It was wonderful to be so close to work, restaurants, and shopping. My stay was quiet, and I slept great every night.
I loved the location and beautiful views of the city. It is such a beautiful building with so much to offer in the surroundings.
Great location and view, but for the price it's better to stay in a neighboring 4+ star hotel.
We apologize for any disappointments this guest experienced. We will continue to strive for excellence to make this an even better place to stay. Thank you!
The location, the building, the cleanliness and the view!
Loved being so close to everything, the proximity was fantastic! Super clean, with everything I needed, for a great work week.
Great location and apartment!
Lovely corner apartment on the 12th floor. Beautiful view overlooks Pioneer Courthouse. Clean and contemporary. Next to Nordstrom, Galleria shopping, parking garage across the street, Starbucks, food trucks, and good restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. The only issues we encountered were not being able to get internet access and there is no cable tv. If you are an allergy person, you would appreciate knowing that there have been pets in this unit.
Condo location was good, Condo was pretty nice no internet or TV or cable that worked!! Table wasn't clean and bed looked like someone was laying down and forgot to make the. Ed back up when we arrived. Very unprofessional! And early check in was requested and no one got back to us! And when we checked in the guy said that we could have check in at anytime! Frustrating as all get out!
Beautiful view in a great central location. Although it was paid parking, we could always find a spot in the parking garage directly under the building. We were then able to take an elevator straight up to our floor which was convenient. We paid about $30 in parking per day. Apartment was cleaner than any hotel I have ever stayed in.
Home was in great condition had all the amenities. Great location
We booked a last minute trip and this was the perfect place for us to stay near friends and bring our dog since it was so last minute he had to come with us. Great for walking places in downtown and parking was fairly easy either on the street or in the parking ramp in the building which you do have to pay for. Would stay here again if I'm looking to stay in DT Portland.
This is our 4th stay here in 6 months. We like it.
This location is excellent, apartment and view are outstanding, and the rate was very good value. Communication was good -- managers just need to ask cleaners to do a more detailed job next time. This was our first time in Portland without renting a car, and between foot leather, MAX, and Uber/Lyft, it was a delightful visit. Thanks!
This unit is a gem - centrally located in downtown Portland. The view was amazing. Our stay was very short so we didn't use the kitchen but we will definitely stay again. The unit very close to the public transit yet very quiet. The hide-a-bed might do a number on your back so I wouldn't recommend using it.
If you are couple looking to check out Portland this is the unit of choice.
We were in Portland for a professional conference – very pleased with the location in relationship to the Oregon convention center, public transportation, shopping and restaurants. The condominium was spotless and the views terrific; a pleasure to return to each evening.
The apartment location was ideal for our visit - easy access to public transportation, food for our stay and of course, restaurants and shopping. The views were terrific. The light, airy space made our stay were comfortable and enjoyable.
Safe, clean, easy access to freeway, great location for food and exploring on foot or public transportation. Go there!
We wanted to try the City Center living for a few days and felling love with the City. The apartment was amazing, great views, clean and the best location. Less expensive than the hotelstandard in the area.
Minor issue with the check in time as the cleaners were not done. We just waited in the beautiful lobby.
Comfortable bed, stackable washer/dryer, and nice furnishings make this a great urban stay.
Absolutely perfect. Will stay again.
