Perfect for small, budget-conscious groups of friends, traveling businesspeople, and families alike, this studio-style condo provides a great way to experience the Panama City Beach area from an oceanfront complex, with access to a partially-covered, outdoor pool and a private beach.

This upper-level condo for four in the Fontainebleau Terrace building is within walking distance of plenty of shopping and dining opportunities. Of course, you don't need to go anywhere to have a great time - there's a private beach just steps from your door!

While compact, this home away from home is still comfy and cozy, with nice furnishings and cool, calm colors that work well with the shaded interiors to provide some occasional respite from the bright Florida sunshine.

The living area doubles as a bedroom, with two plush queen beds serving as both comfy places to enjoy cable TV on the flatscreen and get a good night's sleep. The home's sole bathroom just steps away, guaranteeing easy access for everyone. There's a shaded balcony outside that offers nice views of the beach, and back inside, wireless Internet access makes planning something fun for the kids just as easy as writing that last work email before bedtime.

A small table for two accompanies two more seats at the breakfast bar for an intimate dining experience. The kitchen nearby is compact, but efficient use of space means you won't have any trouble whipping up something tasty, with all the basic appliances you need accompanied by welcome extras like a coffee maker.

This condo also boasts access to shared laundry facilities, so your clothes will stay nice and clean throughout your stay.

When you're not playing with the kids at the shoreline, there's plenty to do in the Panama City Beach area. Kids will love learning about the majestic creatures of the sea on a trip to Gulf World aquarium less than a mile away, while adults can enjoy the dozens of shopping and dining opportunities that line Front Beach Road just behind their new home away from home.

Within walking distance, you'll have several restaurants, and a quick drive will take you to many more eateries, shops, and activities. If that's not enough, the very center of Panama City Beach is just four miles southeast by car, and with it fun, family-friendly sights like Wonderworks' science exhibits and laser tag, the world-famous Ripley's Believe It or Not Odditorium, and more!

Florida sunshine, a private beach and plenty of incredible attractions are all yours for the taking - and at reasonable prices, too! Place your reservation today!

Let’s start with the room.
It’s outdated. Ripped wallpaper, some of the electrical outlets didn’t work, the curtains were on backwards, Bathtub and shower were dingy. The wicker furniture was coming apart, we didn’t even attempt to utilize the dresser or nightstand. The appliances are nice and clean. The room itself was clean. The beds weren’t too bad, a little bouncy, but I’m ok with that.
7th floor view, easily accessed IF the elevators work, which didn’t work 75% of the duration of our stay. Not easy for my pregnant daughter, grandma and mom. Absolutely not worth the view for that alone, safety is of absolute importance when it comes to my family. If the elevator is out, there is NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE EXCEPT THE STAIRS!
The condo site is clean, the staff friendly, helpful, and apologetic for things out of their control.
This is the 3rd year we have stayed here, and even though I will come back, there is absolutely NO chance I would bring my entire family.
I love the fact that the beach is solely for the renters, as well as the pool. The pool area is clean, the pool itself clean, plenty of chairs for lounging. The laundry room is easily used, accessible, and I have yet to have a problem with anyone stealing anything.
Parking is easy, plenty of room for SUV’s.
Overall the stay was beautiful and nice, just wish the elevator was working as it should.
Manager response:
Hi, Charity! Thank you for choosing to stay with us and leave your review. The outlets have been addressed by maintenance, but the elevators are managed by the HOA. We hope to be able to hosts you again!

It has the view! The view is worth the money. The united does need deep cleaned. There were no trash bags. The pictures defintley is not what the unit looked like.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review, Kelseton! We apologize to hear the home was not up to our high standard of cleanliness that we hold ourselves to and that there were no trash bags. We have provided your valuable feedback to our local manager to address. We hope we have the chance to host you again!

My family loved that we could just walk out to the beach.

It was quiet and not crowded however the beds were awful felt like springs or knots sticking in my back.
Manager response:
Danna, thank you for your review. We are so sorry if the beds were not to your preference. We will look into if the beds need to be refreshed with the local staff. We hope to host you again soon.

Had everything that was needed

This is a cool condominium. When they say ON the beach, they mean it. Only steps from the water. My family and I have traveled Panama City Beach for years and this has got to be one of my favorite spots. Area was very private and family friendly. We loved the indoor pool, just in case it rains... and just literally being ON THE BEACH!! nice sitting areas outside that you'll enjoy a the beautiful view. We will definitely be back again soon. Checking in and out was a breeze!! Really!! The most simple process I've ever had. Fountainebleau is close to all your needs. Pier Park is only a few miles down the road, resturants within walking distance, and golf/go cart track right across the road. Calm atmosphere and very quiet. I highly recommend!

This is an older structure, it has potential to be better. Somewhat outdated. Room was like a 50’s motel lots of cosmetic repairs. Grounds well maintained, great location on the beach. Has potential
Tabitha K. Jul 2018
Loved being right on the beach. Very clean rooms
Summer S. Jul 2018
Overall, the unit was good for the price we paid. The pictures are definitely more appealing than the unit we arrived at. One major thing we enjoyed was how close we were to the ocean and how quiet the property was. The property staff were very nice and helpful. Two huge disadvantages were storage within the room and parking. The property itself needs to upgrade parking to make it more stress free and enjoyable. The room itself didn’t have much storage at all so it was hard to get towels air dried. We had a difficult time finding places to put our belongings. I would definitely suggest to the owners to do some upgrades within the unit. The beds/matresses need replaced as well as some of the furnishings (dressers, microwave). The wall closest to exit also needs fixed as their was a hole in it when we arrived. Mike, the local agent, was very helpful throughout the entire trip and he answered any question I had! Overall, we would probably stay again if the unit had some upgrades! Thank you Vacasa for all your help. We had a good time!

Stayed in 702. Each unit is different. This was top floor. Quiet. No road noise. 20 feet to the beach! Great views. Clean. Small kitchen but everything worked great. Grilled out in common area one night. Cute high Adirondack chairs.
The only bad thing in the entire trip was the beds. They were hard as a rock. Owner should pony up annually for better mattresses, and add $10/night. Would come out ahead! Other than the bed, we loved the location and stay.

This condo was a great location. It was very clean. It is an older building but it seemed well maintained.
Burma P. Jun 2018
Well worth the price. Clean and comfortable. There was a loose towel rack and drawer front but nothing major. Would use it again.
Manager response:
The maintenance issues have been addressed. Thank you!

My family and I enjoyed been in the too floor, it was quiet.

The kitchen silverware drawer was broken.

There was only 1 lamp in the whole room.

The cold water in the shower was very
difficult to turn on and off. My daughter and her friend had to take a hot shower ONLY, because they thought it was broken.

The curtains were very difficult to open, what's the use of having a beachfront view if you can't see through the window?

There was no rug to catch the sand from coming in the door. Had to sweep 3 times a day just to keep it from getting in the bed. It would be nice to have a couple of small rugs by the beds too, so you could wipe your feet off before getting into bed.

It was nearly impossible to open the refrigerator when someone was sitting at the kitchen table.

There was VERY limited space for hanging your wet towels and bathing suits, and since we don't have a washer or dryer on the unit your wet items could sour very quickly. On the wall somewhere should be some hooks or a rack or something. Maybe removing a section of the wall of mirrors. Or even using some large command hooks on the mirrors?

The lack of shelf space in the bathroom, with the shower. The toilet is so tiny that it doesn't have a tank to sit things on. A new toilet and over the toilet storage rack would be great!

No dish drying rack, which would be really great since there is no dishwasher either.

One of the dresser drawers was broken.

No ice maker.

No instructions on how to use the pool next door. There were wristbands but we weren't sure if those were for the pool or just a gift for us??

The beds were too low to the ground to put your suitcase under, so it just sits in the middle of the floor the whole time.

The grounds itself, which I know that you have no control over, was actually very nice! So much wonderful outdoor seating! We spent a lot of time sitting on the decks watching the beach goers. This place has so much potential, but you can tell it needs some TLC. I would stay at Fountaine Bleu again, but not in this unit.
Manager response:
We appreciate receiving such a thorough review and want our guests to know that we looked at each item presented in it in order to make improvements. The property manager has overseen the drawers being repaired, the tub's cold water handle being repaired, the installation of a towel rack on the bathroom door, new rugs being put in place, new curtains for the kitchen counter shelves, and the addition of a lamp and dish drying rack. Thank you!
Shannon K. Jul 2017
I would rate it a 4 out of 5. Everything was clean. Great view. Easy reservation. Stayed in contact about my stay and any problems. The only thing that needs changed is the bed was uncomfortable. Maybe a memory foam mattress topper is needed.
Shanna F. Jul 2017
The room was just what I was looking for. If your looking for a fancy room look else where. The beds are very firm which i like! The view was great. I will stay here again. Plenty of towels, clean room perfect!
Davia M. May 2017
Went down for a short stay. I used to stay here when i was a child and it hasnt changed much. The location is great I love how close the building is to the actual water and you never have to worry about being over crowded because theres only few rooms compaired to a highrise and no other establishments to the left of the building its one of the only "original " panama City locations left.
Richard H. Oct 2016
ok if your on a tight budget, you can tell it is the oldest complex on the beach
Carly N. Sep 2016
The property was perfect for 2 for a getaway. Very pleased:)
Donald M. Sep 2016
We had a great vacation/with the help of Vasaca making plans, arrival, and check-out easy and convenient.
FountaineBlue Terrace is a great old motel that's close to everything. Love it.

Great location.
Celine B. Jul 2016
The room was beautiful. Plenty of space. If you need anything at all please look for the handyman Bruce. He was a huge help with anything we needed. The best handyman ever, a big thank you to him. For sure a one of a kind and we will defiantly be back because of Bruce!
