There were 4 of us single adult family members. The downstairs was like a small apartment. Plenty of room for two singles. The upstairs bedrooms worked out well too. We enjoyed the games available at night when we were too tired to go out. The shuttle to the ski lifts was very convenient. Town was close and easy to get to by car. It snowed the whole week we were there and the view was lovely like a winter wonderland from the townhouse. We all had a good time and enjoyed our accommodations. We would stay there again if we return to Breckinridge.

This home was perfect for us. Clean and pleasantly furnished. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful scenery. Bus stop for free public transportation was steps away and we utilized it the entire time we were there. Highly recommend.

Our group of 4 adults enjoyed a comfortable stay at the VdK chalet. The main areas were pleasant and spacious enough for us. The view from the living room out gives you the feeling that you live in the woods. The deck abuts a very pretty natural area. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes which made it easy to eat in. There are two bedrooms on the upper floor. The beds were comfortable. The rooms have privacy curtains but they do not keep the light out. Therefore it is very bright as soon as the sun comes up. The bedroom with the twin beds is in the basement. There is a window but one cannot open this window, and the room does have a basement feel to it.

We stayed in unit 896 in Feb 2018. Cozy house, it had nearly everything you can think about. Fully furnished kitchen, sport features, barbecue place. That was comfortable stay, we fully satisfied with this stay.

Family's first Colorado vacation. Wife and 6 kids enjoyed the proximity to the city (shops/restaurants), trailheads, and other Colorado attractions. House was fun with lots of retro touches, including older video/board games. All of the necessary amenities were available, especially in the kitchen. Experienced stormy and clear conditions during the week. Even able to see the Perseid Meteor Shower from the upstairs balcony on our last night.

Only two issues of note. First, this is not a stand alone home. We typically need this for the kids. This location shares a builidng with two other homes. Photos/Description don't clearly indicate that. Second, most notably, we received a 6am wake up call from the constitution workers building 3 homes behind this one. That was a little rough.

Overall, still very satisfied and enjoyed our stay. We will be back.

This property is in a nice quiet neighborhood. There are a few bus stops close by for the local transit bus which is nice. Very family friendly! While it was just my husband and I, there is plenty of room for a family. Good selection of books, games and puzzles for every age!

The house had everything we needed to prepare family meals during our stay in Breck. Shane was very helpful and the home was incredibly organized. The only thing that would have been nicer is if the parking spaces had been plowed so that we didn't have to shovel it ourselves. Would stay here again!
