Home was clean and we would stay again. Locks on back door were broken. Wish there was an actual person to contact rather than a company about these things. Make sure you purchase the insurance. The company was difficult to work with if you had any changes to plans. As stated in the description, the property was in an industrial area, so there wasn't a lot of outdoor space to hang out and relax.

***full disclosure. We did not choose this location. Our original choice ended up being unavailable last minute due to a broken air conditioner. Thankfully this place was available or we wouldn’t have had a place to stay.
I will say this place is most definitely actually an industrial building, which came as quite a surprise. There is no yard or porch what so ever. Absolutely zero outside appeal. However the inside is beautiful and extremely clean! Very nice inside! The garage is gigantic and would be perfect for people with off-roading toys.
The cell service is extremely limited, so most definitely look up the directions prior to getting outside of town.

We stayed a week to go off-roading in the area. We were able to squeeze 3 built JKUs in the garage and had plenty of space for 3 couples. Two living spaces allowed for some separation. Great place to home base out of!

Loved everything abt it. Plenty of room to keep all your stuff locked up at night in the spacious garage. Only thing I didn’t like is the construction going on adding sprinklers to the buildings. I know that will be done soon so it wasn’t really a deal breaker. We will be back here for sure.

Great place for the off-roader. If you park them right you can fit 4 Jeeps in the garage. Plenty of space for all. Plenty of hot water and clean towels. Quiet area other than the neighbors dogs on occasion.

We liked the property but the location in a business park was a little strange. The property was clean and quiet and we felt safe. There is about a 5 mile drive into town so no convenient shops. Wish the windows could open. We liked being able to pull the entire car into the garage without having to take the bikes off.

When you first arrive, you will think you are in the wrong place or that you have been had. From the outside, it looks like a warehouse. However, once you enter, you will be pleased to find a large 3/2 house with two living rooms inside. The A/C is super cold. The beds are comfy. DirectTV and decent Internet included. It was a great place to come back to after a day wandering in the national parks. The price was cheap too but the location is not within walking distance to Moab, which is the only downside. If I am in Moab again, I will definitely be staying here.

Loved the place, location is past the town of Moab so not too convenient for us since we were doing stuff at Arches National Park. It was just my husband and I but this is perfect for families. It was our first time staying at someplace like this instead of a hotel and it is great if you spend multiple nights.

Great place for guys getaway. The garage is big enaph to keep all you toys safe inside and you don't have to worry about neighbors. Cheers!!
