Clean & comfortable apartment within easy walking distance of downtown Moab & driving distance from Arches
This unit exceeded all expectations. Well located, comfy beds, clean, large and well maintained hot tub. Some of the furnishing were dated and you could hear the other tenants as they dragged their suitcases up the stairs and one night we could hear the family next door, but clearly they were being loud, normal noise will not carry through and we were not disturbed while we were sleeping. If you are looking for five star property at a two star price this place is not for you, but if you want to sleep six andhave a kitchen for the price of a hotel room, they’ve got you covered.

quiet location but still very central to town

Very clean nice towels and sheets. Perfect accomodation for 4 or max 6. Nice jacuzzi.
The house was clean, well equiped and great located for our trips to the National Parks near Moab.
Tranquille et bien placé, tout y est pour un bon séjour

It was just a quick stop, but the rooms were clean, and had everything that we needed
Vacasa 2 is a well designed condo in Moab, within walking distance of downtown, with ample parking, and a great hot tub.
The place was clean and fulfilled my expectations.
We arrived to find that the 4 twin beds are actually 2 twins and 2 rollaway beds. The description clearly says 4 twins, but to make it even worse the 2 rollaway beds don't even fit and mattresses on them were poor. We combined 2 mattresses to make one decent bed for a 10 year old.
The kitchen was even worse as most items look like a mix of thrift store and Walmart items that are very used and old. Good luck to anyone wishing to cook a full meal here.
The cleanliness of the unit was unacceptable as two bedspreads were dirty plus a dirt shower and multiple dirty plates and glasses. This is completely unacceptable for what they charge to stay here.
Also a hot shower isn't likely unless only 2 people are showering back to back within an hour. The shower head leaks and points to a wall and needs to be fixed.
Claiming a unit can sleep 6 when it's really 4 and can't shower 4 is ridiculous. The description is misleading and there are multiple spots on the walls that need painting. All this plus the cleaning issues made us regret choosing Cedar Breaks 2.
This unit needs to be updated and Vacasa must list and accurate description!
We are surprised and sorry to see this guest was surprised by the rollaway beds since they are described in the listing for the home. All of our Cedar Breaks home have two twin beds and two twin rollaways. If guests need additional cookware they are always welcome to call in a request, and the home is equipped with a 40 gallon water heater. We have advised housekeeping management of the cleanliness complaints so they can further train their staff. Thank you!
Great value for money. The radiant heating is a bit tricky but besides that spot on, nice place, great for groups, amazing hot tub. Off the main strip but close enough you can walk - very solid place and very affordable consisdering how expensive Moab is.
We had issues with guests who came in very late at night and were making a lot of noise well after midnight. Another guest had dogs that were barking early in the morning and wouldn't stop. To be able to hear your neighbors conversations should be disclosed before booking the property.
Also, I booked this location through Hotels.com. Once I booked it, I received an email stating there was a problem with my payment and it required me to book through the Vacasa directly. The price was higher than the quoted price on Hotels.com. I accessed and tried Hotels.com a second time and the same thing occurred. I should not have had a problem with my billing. This was an unethical practice for your billing department to conduct themselves in this manner. Overall, I was not pleased with the experience.
I love the location a couple blocks from downtown. We had a view! Very family friendly. The accommodations have been updated and were clean. The hot tub was awesome and maintained daily. I was so impressed when we had difficulty using the bbq that someone responded immediately and we were able to get our steaks on the grill and enjoy an amazing dinner.
The STENCH! Cat urine? Old socks? It is the middle of winter and we have to OPEN all of the windows!
The shower head was leaking, spraying water! I had to tighten it by hand.
Cupboard in kitchen is ready to fall off. The carpeting is repulsive leftovers from the '80s. Mold in the bathroom. Dents and stains on the walls.
WAY OVER Priced for a dive.
We are disappointed to read about this guest's experience and appreciate them taking the time to leave a review with us. There is no odor in the home at this time, the shower head leak has been addressed, and the cupboards are stable. Thank you!
Would stay here again great price and excellent location in Moab.
Good value for larger parties, with kitchen and all needed ammenruesvfor comfort stay.
Great location and comfortable for 4 ppl. Kitchen needs a few more amenities if you plan to eat in, but overal had the basics. Nice quiet area
Very nice appartment close to town center in calm neighborhood.
After being charged a $70 cleaning fee, I expected to arrive at a clean place. It was not. There was dust and dirt in every corner, moldy shower curtain dings and scratches on everything. It could be nice but needs updating and thorough cleaning. On a five day trip this place cost well above what we paid for any other lodging. It was a rip off.
Good location, spacious condo for four adults. Bath and kitchen could do with a remodel. Enough towels for a one week stay. Walkable distance to Moab downtown! Cleanliness medium. We enjoyed our stay (one week getaway four girlfriends).
Perfect location for a few nights in the center of canyonlands and the arches.
The condo was very clean and comfortable! It was a great neighborhood and location, quiet area. We would stay there again. We highly recommend this place! Four blocks from downtown Moab. Close to sand flats off-road area! The hot tub was so relaxing!
Easy booking. Prompt replies by Email. Great location. Clean. All the basic necessities. Comfortable. Hot tub was wonderful after a day of hiking. Would highly recommend any of these condos. Great to have laundry facilities as well. Thanks for 2 great days in the Moab area.
Overall a nice place to stay
Place is very accommodating, has all the amenities, and check in instructions were excellent. But with being so close to town expect traffic noise.
Cedar Breaks 2 was plenty of room for our family of 4. Everything was clean and no complaints.
Unit is in town but several blocks away from main street (not really within walking distance). Not great part of town, but the unit inside is clean and well appointed. Good value. Telephone reservation was fast and easy.
Apartment was good in location, clean, nice kitchen, fast wifi, comfortable beds. The down side was we booked this apartment via booking.com. The price present there is far from the final. :-(
Great location and quiet neighborhood.
We rented three units for two nights. We arrived late at night and were quite alarmed when we saw the mobile home park across the street with very old units The actual units we rented (Cedar Breaks 1, 2, 3) are extremely old and tired with formica counter tops in the kitchen and bath that are chipped and very dated. The leather chairs in the living room are extremely worn out. The only positive I can state is that these are two bedrooms, which can accommodate a family of four easily.
We are very sorry to see that this guest was so disappointed with their accommodations. This unit is withing walking distance of downtown Moab, and a great deal budget-wise.
